Arnold Arturo Berber, 18, Smith River, Calif., was convicted May 24 of minor in possession of alcohol. He was ordered to pay $155.

Loretta Ann Hendricks, 41, Gold Beach, was convicted May 24 of possession of methamphetamine. She was given a conditional discharge, sentenced to five days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $1,000.

Janie Beth Henshaw, 40, Medford, failed to appear May 24 on a probation violation. A warrant was issued her arrest.

Cameron Wilson, 27, Harbor, was convicted May 24 of taking a canary rockfish in closed season. He was ordered to pay $100.

Michael Isaac Aboulatia, 32, Brookings, was convicted May 25 of probation violation. The probation was continued and extended 18 months.

Cindy Fae Storm, 50, San Jose, Calif., was convicted May 25 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was sentenced to five days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $2,135.

Karen Sue Dean, 50, Gold Beach, was convicted May 25 of false information on title. She was ordered to pay $500.

Janine Holliday Witt, 45, Port Orford, was convicted May 25 of reckless driving. She was placed on probation for 24 months and ordered to pay $635.

Jennifer Marie Harvell, 37, Brookings, was convicted May 25 of criminal mischief. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended, 36 months’ probation and to pay $835 plus $200 compensatory fine.

Todd Bryant Bledsaw, 43, Brookings, was convicted May 25 of assault and interference with a police officer.  For assault, he was sentenced to 60 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $885 plus $5,203.99 restitution. For interference, he was sentenced to 60 days, to be served concurrently, 36 months’ probation and to pay $885 plus $20 restitution to the Brooking Police Department.

Paula Ann Boulley, 34, Brookings, failed to appear May 25 for arraignment on a probation violation. Her security was forfeited and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

Jacy Jean Hintz, 29, Medford, failed to appear May 25 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Steven Patrick Lanphere, 44, Brookings, was convicted May 25 of sexual abuse. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $785.

Julia N. Cleveland, 65, Brookings, was convicted May 26 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $455.

Ryan Martin, 36, Brookings, was convicted May 26 of dog running at large. He was ordered to pay $75.

Jesse Vance Moss, 26, Sutherlin, was convicted May 26 of probation violation. His probation was continued and he was ordered to do an additional 50 hours of community service.

Tracy Mitchell Sanchez, 48, Brookings, was convicted May 26 of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Sentencing was set for May 27. He failed to appear on that date. His security was forfeited and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Catherine Mendoza, 38, Brookings, was convicted May 26 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Her diversion from a 2009 DUII was also revoked. Sentencing on both was set for June 8.

Joshua McCloskey, 20, Tangent, was convicted May 27 of failure to perform duties of a driver. He was given a conditional discharge, sentenced to 30 hours community service, 12 months probation and to pay $885.

Donald Lee McCormick Jr., 27, Harbor, was convicted May 27 of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 40 hours of community service, 12 months’ probation and to pay $885.

Brandon Ray Smith, 21, Shady Cove, was convicted May 27 of two counts of identity theft. He was given a conditional discharge on one count. On each count, he was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $785. The jail terms are concurrent.

Elaina Jo Bailey, 27, Port Orford, was convicted May 27 of probation violation. Her probation was continued and extended one year. She was also ordered to perform an additional 40 hours of community service.

Thomas Creager, 72, Cottage Grove, was convicted May 28 of illegally taking a non-fin clipped chinook salmon. He was ordered to pay $225.

Edwina May Rosenberry, 44, Gold Beach, on May 28 was found not guilty of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
