Ben Badger, 36, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 4 of a wildlife law violation. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, 100 hours of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,135 plus $200 restitution to the Oregon Hunters Association. He forfeited a rifle and his hunting license was suspended for two years. ~~~ Jerry Robert Dean Baugh, 30, Brookings, failed to appear Jan. 4 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest. ~~~ Denise Elaine Curry, 44, Medford, was convicted Jan. 4 of probation violation. Her probation was revoked and she was sentenced to 180 days in jail. ~~~ William Cochran, 85, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 4 of driving under the influence of intoxication. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $458. ~~~ Nathan Dion Gonzalez, 23, Port Orford, was convicted Jan. 4 of probation violation. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail. ~~~ Seth Duncan, 31, Ashland, was convicted Jan. 4 of unlawfully taking a foul-hooked salmon. He was ordered to pay $187. ~~~ James Jennings, 50, Port Orford, was convicted Jan. 4 of having no individual commercial fishing license. He was ordered to pay $344. ~~~ Danny Leroy Keeler, 61, Port Orford, was convicted Jan. 4 of unlawfully taking undersize commercial crab. He was ordered to pay $345. ~~~ Jason Ryan Piscitello, 23, Ashland, was convicted Jan. 4 of failure to immediately validate a salmon tag. He was ordered to pay $344. ~~~ Darren Jay Mitchell, 42, was convicted Jan. 5 of assault. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 48 months’ probation and to pay $772. ~~~ Jeffrey Jimmie Thomas, 25, Gold Beach, was convicted Jan. 5 of probation violation. His probation was revoked and money owed turned over to the Department of Revenue. ~~~ William Robert Winkler, 29, Crescent City, Calif., failed to appear Jan. 5 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest. ~~~ Dayton Otis Holcomb, 68, Gold Beach, was convicted Jan. 5 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Sentencing was set for Jan. 19. ~~~ Heidi Elaine Hughes, 35, St. Helens, was convicted Jan. 6 of endangering the welfare of a minor and frequenting a placed where a controlled substance was used. Sentencing was set for Jan. 13. ~~~ Angela Michelle Caudle, 39, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 6 of probation violation. Her probation was revoked and she was sentenced to 60 days in jail. ~~~ Tracey Elaine Halpape, 47, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 6 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,675. ~~~ Patrick Timothy Royster, 49, Harbor, failed to appear Jan. 6 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest. ~~~ Paul Darren Stinson, 44, Brookings, failed to appear Jan. 5 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest. ~~~ Adam Ray Sullivan, 29, Langlois, was convicted Jan. 6 of criminal mischief. Sentencing was set for Jan. 12. ~~~ Lincoln Samuel Peck, 42, Beaverton, was convicted Jan. 7 of criminal trespass. He was sentenced to five days in jail and ordered to pay $67. ~~~ Irene Jewel Watkins, 23, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 7 of identity theft. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 100 hours of community service, 18 months’ probation and to pay $107. Restitution will be determined within 90 days. ~~~ Stephanie Joann Huff, 33, Brookings, was convicted Jan. 8 of probation violation. She was sentenced to 40 hours of community service and her probation was continued. |
