Gabriel Jess Luna, 35, Crescent City, Calif., failed to appear Oct. 19 on a status check. His deferred sentence was revoked and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Chase Austin Harrah, 21, North Bend, was convicted Oct. 22 of probation violation. He was sentenced to 15 days in jail and his probation was extended two years.

Kenneth Lloyd Greenwood, 36, Crescent City, Calif., was convicted Oct. 22 of probation violation. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 15 days in jail.

Josue Hernandez-Contreras, 33, Brookings, was sentenced Oct. 22 on his earlier conviction for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $2,720.

Harry Edward Sizelove III, 39, Port Orford, was convicted Oct. 22 of resisting arrest. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $885.

Denise Elaine Curry, 44, Medford, failed to appear Oct. 23 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Donald Walker Gerald, 37, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 23 of possessing a gun as a felon and shooting a deer out of season. He as sentenced to 20 days in jail, three years’ probation and to pay $750 and had a gun forfeited for the possession and to serve 40 days in jail, three years’ probation, and pay $925 for the wildlife law violation plus pay ODFW $750 restitution. His DUII diversion was also revoked and he was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $1,635. All jail time is consecutive.

Micah Frank Haymes, 35, Port Orford, failed to appear Oct. 23 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Diane Howard, 40, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 23 of having a dog as a public nuisance. She was ordered to pay $25.

Amber Cheri Clark, 47, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 22 of disorderly conduct. She was ordered to pay $795.
