Stephen Burleigh, 46, Weed, Calif., was convicted by default on Sept. 28 of a wildlife law violation. He was ordered to pay $300.

Sarah Kay Burris, 19, Gold Beach, was convicted Sept. 28 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. She was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $233.

Jimmy Digby, Gold Beach, was convicted Sept. 28 of dog running at large. He was ordered to pay $25.

Donald Michael Frame Jr., 31, failed to appear Sept. 28 for arraignment on a probation violation. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Judith Ann Hansen, 44, Brookings, was convicted Sept. 28 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. She was ordered to pay $750.

Deanna Josephine Horton, 26, Grants Pass, failed to appear on a served warrant for a forgery charge. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Mitchell Keith Kilduff, 22, Brookings, was convicted by default on Sept. 28 of a wildlife law violation. He was ordered to pay $75.

Rocky Ray McAnelly, 36, Brookings, was convicted Sept. 28 of failure to return a suspended license, failure to use seat belts and driving while suspended. He was ordered to pay a total of $724.

Travis Scott Patten, 26, Gold Beach, was convicted Sept. 28 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,000.

Jack Anthony Althof, 42, Brookings, was convicted Sept. 29 of driving while suspended. Sentencing and a hearing on a probation violation were set for Oct. 16.

Ryan Wayne Beech, 21, Port Orford was convicted Sept. 29 of unlawful entry of a motor vehicle and probation violation. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 90 days in jail. For the unlawful entry, he was placed on 24 months’ probation, sentenced to 10 days in jail to be served consecutively and ordered to pay $640 as well as restitution to be determined within 90 days.

 Kevin Lee Bloomquist, 45, Brookings, was convicted Sept. 29 of assault. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $1,500 plus $6,312 restitution.

Ryan S. G. Gehrke, 27, Port Orford, failed to appear Sept. 29 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

John Robert Green, 22, Brookings, failed to appear Sept. 29 for a hearing on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Charlie Edward Henning III, 33, Anthem, Ariz., was convicted Sept. 29 of probation violation, driving under the influence of intoxicants and recklessly endangering another. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 90 days in jail. On the DUII, he was sentenced to 15 days in jail to be served consecutively, 24 months’ probation and to pay $2,580 plus $5797 restitution. For reckless endangerment, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail to be served concurrently, 24 months’ probation and to pay $567.

Norman E. Young Jr., 31, John Day, was convicted Sept. 29 of probation violation. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 suspended.

Tina Marie Nattell, Brookings, was convicted Sept. 30 of harassment. She was ordered to pay $350.

Holly Wentz, Brookings, was convicted Sept. 30 of disorderly conduct and assault. She was ordered to pay $100 for disorderly conduct and $500 for assault.

Steven Douglas Clement, 61, Klamath Falls, on Sept. 30 had charges of reckless driving dismissed.

Lloyd Lee Corwin, 41, Brookings, on Sept. 30 was convicted of driving while suspended. He was placed on 12 months’ probation and ordered to pay $1,500.

George Michael McMullin, 60, Gold Beach, on Sept. 30 was convicted of driving under the influence of intoxicants and had a previous diversion for DUII revoked. On the new DUII, he was sentenced to 100 hours of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $2,000. On the revoked diversion, he was sentenced to 100 hours of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,500.

Nikita Nick Ozkan, 42, was convicted Sept. 30 of two counts of disorderly conduct. He was placed on 12 months’ probation.

Sean Patrick Richards, 21, Gold Beach, was convicted Sept.30 of driving while suspended, interference with a peace officer and probation violation. His probation was continued and he was sentenced to 30 days in jail. He was sentenced to five days in jail, to be served consecutively, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,080 for driving while suspended, and 10 days to be served consecutively, 24 months’ probation and to pay $750 for interference.

Charles Quincy Sanders, 18, failed to appear Sept. 30 for arraignment on a show cause order. His diversion for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana was revoked and he was ordered to pay $1,000.

Christopher Allyn Sudeta Jr., 22, Brookings, was convicted Sept. 30 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. A hearing was set for Oct. 8 on whether he is eligible for diversion.

Zakari Thomas Jurak, 19, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 2 of driving under the influence of intoxicants and assault. He was sentenced to two days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,600 for the DUII and 10 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $567 for assault. The jail sentences are to be served concurrently. Restitution is to be determined within 90 days.
