Jennifer Lynn Colby, 45, Gold Beach, was convicted Aug. 24 of possession of methamphetamine. She was given a conditional discharge, placed on probation for 18 months and required to pay $1,000.

Joseph Lacorte, 23, Coos Bay, was convicted by default on Aug. 24 of entering a restricted forest area. He was ordered to pay $97.

Daisy E. Rogers, 19, Brookings, was convicted Aug. 24 of being a minor in possession of alcohol. She was ordered to pay $300.

Ronald Douglas Smith, 61, Gold Beach, was convicted Aug. 24 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $333.

Carol Coleen Stout, 59, Grants Pass, was convicted Aug. 24 of a wildlife law violation. She was ordered to pay $150.

Jesus Ponciano Zamudio, 48, Salem, was convicted Aug. 24 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $358.

Anthony Pierre Tenace, 36, Grants Pass, was convicted Aug. 25 of a wildlife law violation. He was ordered to pay $200.

Anja Autumn Venable, 32, Grants Pass, was convicted Aug. 25 of a wildlife law violation. She was ordered to pay $74.

Kelly Dale Hopkins, 29, Brookings, was convicted Aug. 26 of theft. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 suspended, 24 months’ probation and to pay $700 plus restitution to be determined within 90 days.

Justin Michael Smith, 31, Port Orford, was convicted Aug. 26 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,500.

Jacob Thomas Gray, 21, Harbor, was convicted Aug. 26 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $500.

Jerrod Kenneth Strong, 23, Gold Beach, on Aug. 27 had probations revoked from his convictions for reckless driving, driving under the influence of intoxicants and attempting to elude police. He was sentenced to six months in jail on the DUII violation, six months to be served consecutively on the attempt to elude conviction and six months to be served concurrently on the reckless driving conviction. He was also sentenced to one year post-prison supervision.

Michael Allen Grogan, 59, Brookings, was convicted Aug. 27 of criminal trespass. He was ordered to pay $300.

Jennifer Marie Harvell, 36, Harbor, was convicted Aug. 28 of probation violation. Her probation was continued and she was sentenced to 300 days in jail, with 270 suspended.

Stephanie Kristyn Turk, 24, Crescent City, Calif., failed to appear Aug. 28 for a show cause hearing. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Matthew Ryan Wiltse, 20, Brookings, failed to appear Aug. 28 for a further proceedings hearing. His DUII diversion was revoked and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Sherri Green Lauger-Wright, 45, Borger, Texas, was convicted Aug. 28 of driving under the influence of intoxicants and criminal mischief. She was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $358 on the DUII conviction and was placed on 12 months’ probation and ordered to pay $817 on the criminal mischief plus restitution to be determined within 90 days.
