Tuesday, June 23 Fire, 6:38 a.m.: A tree was on fire at Little Redwood Bar. Warning, 2:08 p.m.: Two boys were warned for violations at the skate park. Found property, 2:31 p.m.: A wallet was found in the 16000 block of Highway 101. Found property, 4:33 p.m.: A wallet was found in the 400 block of Arnold Lane. Traffic crash, 4:56 p.m.: A two vehicle non-injury accident was reported at Pioneer and Hassett. Traffic crash, 6:42 p.m.: Fern Avenue and Railroad Street, no injury. Loud noise, 7:26 p.m.: A resident was complaining that a new business in the 500 block of Spruce Street was playing music too loud. Illegal burn, 8:52 p.m.: A caller was concerned about young kids starting a campfire on Mill Beach. Suspicious conditions, 9:43 p.m.: A nude female was walking on the side of the road at Fifth Street and Jodee Lane.

Criminal mischief, 1:23 a.m.: Vandals placed the construction traffic cones out into Highway 101 at Constitution Way. Skateboard complaint, 1:37 p.m.: 1100 block of Ransom Avenue. Traffic crash, 3:22 p.m.: Chetco Avenue, no injury. Criminal mischief, 3:29 p.m.: A 42-year-old man was charged with criminal mischief and cited for throwing one of Tidewater's construction signs over the Chetco River bridge railing and into the river. Found property, 5:31 p.m.: Fred Meyer store security. Harassment, 7:15 p.m.: 200 block of Fountain Court. Illegal burn, 9:52 p.m.: 16300 block of Highway 101.
Thursday, June 25 Suspicious conditions, 2:35 a.m.: A door was open on an unoccupied vehicle in the 800 block of Pioneer Road. Fire, 7:51 a.m.: A fence was on fire in the 99100 block of Kemlin Place. License plate, 8:28 a.m.: A license plate was seized from a vehicle that showed a different vehicle identification number at Fifth Street and Highway 101. Juvenile problem, 10:08 a.m. Two girls were jumping out in front of cars at Chetco Avenue near Pacific Avenue. Loud noise, 11:27 a.m.: Teens were setting off loud fireworks, disturbing a neighboring doctor’s office on Fifield Street. Misuse of 911, 11:36 a.m.: 600 block of Old County Road. Suspicious conditions, 11:51 a.m.: 500 block of Fifth Street. Traffic crash, 11:52 a.m.: 300 block of Fifth Street, no injury. Harassment, 12:49 p.m.: 1000 block of Seventh Street. Fire, 4:42 p.m.: A garage fire was reported in the 14700 block of Oceanview Drive. Traffic crash, 5:30 p.m.: A fender bender was reported at Chetco and Ransom avenues. A driver was cited for driving while suspended and his vehicle impounded. Dispute, 6:16 p.m.: Several people were involved in a dispute in the 1300 block of Glenwood Drive. Shots fired, 10:23 p.m.: A resident in the 17100 block of Parkview Drive heard shots fired. Juvenile problem, 11:10 p.m.: 400 block of Arnold Lane. Suspicious conditions, 11:16 p.m.: A suspicious person was seen attempting entrance to Fred Meyer. Curfew, 11:50 p.m.: Three juveniles were warned for curfew violation at Pioneer Road near Pacific Avenue. |
