Stephen J. Ellisen, 38, Santa Rosa, Calif., was convicted by default April 6 of having no flotation device in his boat. He was ordered to pay $183.

Patrick Jewell Flanery, 18, Brookings, was convicted April 6 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $ 358.

Hayley Lynn Hutchison, 23, Harbor, on April 6 had her deferred sentence on a theft conviction revoked. She was sentenced to 24 months’ probation and to pay $750.

Mathew Lee Perez, 21, Brookings, was convicted April 6 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,000.

Dylan Michael Villalobos, 19, Central Point, was convicted April 6 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $233.

William S. Westbrook, 32, Brookings, was convicted by default April 6 of a wildlife law violation. He was ordered to pay $75.

David Sandberg, 23, Brookings, was convicted April 6 of theft. He was ordered to pay $250 plus $140 restitution.

Edward Shubin, 65, Crescent City, Calif., failed to appear April 6 on charges of refusal to take a breath test and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was convicted by default of the breath test citation and ordered to pay $1,000. A warrant was issued for his failure to appear on the DUII charge.

Thomas John Sidel, 46, Brookings, was convicted April 6 of criminal mischief. He was ordered to pay $250.

Danielle Zosel-Sanderson, 35, Smith River, Calif., failed to appear April 7 for a plea hearing on a theft charge and a show cause order on a DUII conviction. A warrant was issued for her arrest on both counts and her DUII diversion was revoked.

Ronald Owen Fairchild, 55, Brookings, failed to appear April 7 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Terri Jean Dunn, 51, Harbor, was convicted April 7 of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. She was sentenced to 15 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $2,147 on the DUII and 15 days, to be served consecutively, and to pay $67 on the reckless driving conviction.

Charla Loraine Bonds, 47, Smith River, Calif., was convicted April 8 of theft. She was given a two-year deferred sentence and ordered to pay $358.32 plus $244.32 compensatory fine.

Jennifer Marie Harvell, 36, Harbor, was convicted April 8 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, two years’ probation and to pay $2,360.

Phillip Russum, 24, Port Orford, failed to appear April 8 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Stacy Marie Tomlinson, 24, Brookings, was convicted April 8 of probation violation. She was sentenced to 13 months in prison and one year of post prison supervision.

Jayme Felix Berkowitz, 26, Brookings, was sentenced April 9 on an earlier conviction for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was sentenced to 90 days home detention, 60 months’ probation and to pay $3,097.

David Wayne Knapp, 51, Gold Beach, was convicted April 9 of possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 60 months’ probation and to pay $2,687.

Nicki Marie Humphrey, 28, Brookings, was convicted April 9 of two counts of identity theft. Sentencing was set for April 16.

Burton Leroy Groves Jr., 34, Brookings, was convicted April 9 of probation violation. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 335 suspended, and 18 months’ probation.

Barbara Ann Hart, 38, Brookings, was convicted April 9 of violation of two probations. Probation was continued on the first one with the second one revoked. She was sentenced to six months in jail with one year post-prison supervision.

Amanda Leigh Heim, 29, Gold Beach, was convicted April 9 of theft. She was sentenced to 40 hours of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $580 plus $171.36 restitution.
