Suspicious conditions, 4:42 a.m.: Suspicious people inside a residence in the 400 block of Arnold Lane turned out to be a cleaning crew getting an early start.

Suspicious conditions, 11:33 a.m.: A citizen reported a man tampering with a newspaper box in the 700 block of Spruce Street turned out to be the newspaper delivery person attempting to repair the box.

Criminal trespass, 2:37 p.m.: A 30-year-old man was warned for trespassing if he returns to property in the 200 block of Marine Drive.

Suspicious conditions, 3:50 p.m.: Local campers in the 400 block of Chetco Avenue were advised to leave upon discovery they were using a motel’s wireless Internet connection.
