Sidney Charles England, 41, Coos Bay, failed to appear March 16 for arraignment on a theft charge. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Christopher Richard Sample, 27, Brookings, was convicted March 16 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $358.

Gary Burton, 42, Brookings, on March 17 was convicted of having a dog running at large. He was ordered to pay $25.

Michael James Haralson, 37, Gold Beach, was convicted March 17 of assault. He was placed on an 18-month deferred sentence and ordered to pay $557.

James Dean McGee, 48, Gold Beach, was convicted March 17 of contempt of court. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail.

Lee Riddle, 57, Brookings, was convicted March 17 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $358.

Shareen Elizabeth Kollman, 33, Gold Beach, was convicted March 18 of probation violation, first-degree burglary and possession of morphine. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail for the probation violation, 10 days concurrently, 18 months’ probation and to pay $347 for the morphine possession. Sentencing for the burglary was scheduled for March 24.

Denny Davis Jr., 19, Brookings, was convicted March 18 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He will be sentenced March 31 if he is not eligible for diversion.

Shane Robert Yoacham, 24, Brookings, on March 18 had a misdemeanor treated as a violation dismissed.

Larry Daniel Klamroth, 19, Gold Beach, was convicted March 19 of probation violation. His probation was continued and he was sentenced to 100 hours of community service.

Allen Scott Winfield, 38, Portland, was convicted March 19 of second-degree burglary. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison, 12 months’ post-prison supervision and to pay $267 plus $785.58 restitution.

Jeffrey Shumate, 50, Brookings, was convicted March 19 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $2,000.

Scott Matthew Kearns, 32, Grants Pass, failed to appear March 20 for arraignment on a show cause order. His DUII diversion was revoked and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
