Jerry Robert Dean Baugh, 39, Medford, failed to appear for sentencing on March 9. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Chris William Briggs, 48, Port Orford, was convicted by default March 9 of angling with two poles. He was ordered to pay $75.

Allan Michael Dollar, 20, North Platte, Neb., was convicted March 9 of driving while suspended and failure to return a suspended license. He was ordered to pay $477.

Jesse Vance Moss, 25, Sutherlin, was convicted March 9 of probation violation. Sentencing was set for March 24.

Richard Alford Grear, 47, Tacoma, Wash., failed to appear March 9 for arraignment on a theft charge. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Edmund Gardner Gray Jr., 55, Santa Cruz, Calif., was convicted of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $358.

Kristy Lynn Girard, 24, Brookings, was convicted March 9 of driving while suspended and failure to return a suspended driver license. She was ordered to pay $425.

Mercedes Michele Hererra, 18, Brookings, was convicted March 9 of being a minor in possession of alcohol. She was ordered to pay $350.

Milo H. Lehrmann, 23, Wolf Creek, failed to appear on a served warrant on March 9. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Christopher P. Patterson, 19, Portland, was convicted by default on March 9 of driving without a license and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,242.

Dwight Sims, 48, Los Angeles, Calif., was convicted March 9 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $358.

Edward Coleman Benbow Jr., 35, Brookings, was found not guilty March 9 of criminal trespass.

Kristopher Wayne Simpson, 19, Talent, failed to appear March 10 for arraignment on a probation violation. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

James Schovain, 56, Gold Beach, on March 10 had a charge of harassment dismissed.

Dustin Antonio Bruschi, 24, Smith River, Calif., on March 10 was convicted of probation violation. His conditional discharge on a possession of meth conviction was revoked and he was sentenced to 10 days in jail and 18 months’ probation. His DUII diversion was not revoked.

Bryan Terrance Holm, 63, Brookings, was convicted March 10 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and was ordered to pay $358.

Lucio Fortunato Hernandez, 22, was convicted March 10 of failure to carry and display a driver license. He was ordered to pay $100.

Benjamin John Larsen, 22, Brookings, was convicted March 10 of possession of morphine and violation of two probations. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $1,080 on the possession conviction; he was sentenced to 30 days on one probation violation and 10 days on the other. Both probations were extended one year. All jail sentences are consecutive.

Christopher Gabriel Marsh, 37, Port Orford, was convicted March 10 of reckless driving. He was ordered to pay $495.

James Paul Martino III, 32, Gold Beach, was convicted March 10 of probation violation. His probation was extended two years and he was given a 355-day suspended sentence.

James Christopher Shipp, 37, Springfield, was convicted March 10 of felony driving while suspended. He was sentenced to 19 months’ prison and two years of post-prison supervision.

Guy Irvin Hinze, 44, Brookings, on March 11 was convicted of assault. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $1,060.

Jeffrey Wayne Bray, 35, Langlois, on March 12 was convicted of probation violation. His DUII diversion was revoked and he was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,540.

Semaj Revaew Weaver, 28, Brookings, on March 12 had charges of harassment, two of disorderly conduct, and offensive littering dismissed.

Lisa Marie Orozco, 38, Brookings, was sentenced March 12 on two counts of first-degree aggravated theft. On the first count, she was placed on an 18-month deferred sentence and ordered to pay $30,041.70 restitution to the Brookings-Harbor Chamber of Commerce, with the state given 90 days to determine additional restitution estimated at $1,200. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail on the second count and ordered to pay $107.
