Theft, 3:21 p.m.: The theft of a cell phone was reported at Harris Beach State Park campground.

Kidnapping, 5:01 p.m.: Police are investigating a report of a 36-year-old woman who claimed she had been kidnapped in the 1100 block of Chetco Ave.
