Alice Opal Bural, 92, Brookings, died April 28, 2000, in Brookings.

She was born March 14, 1908, in Memphis, Texas.

Mrs. Bural was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God and was a pastor for the church for 45 years in Oregon, California and Texas.

She moved to Brookings from Kerrville, Texas in May 1995.

Survivors are son Jack Bural, Seattle, Wash.; grandsons Kelly Bural, Brookings; Mike Bural, Gary Bural, Brian Bural, all of Seattle; granddaughter Jane Bural, Seattle; Dania McQuerry, Houston, Texas; Jennifer Rubiletto, Redondo Beach, Calif.; brother J.D. Smith, Oklahoma City, Okla.; sisters Bernice Woods, Carlsbad, N.M.; Monnie Turner, El Paso, Texas.

Also surviving are 28 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death was her husband of 73 years Quincy Bural.

Graveside services are scheduled for May 5 at 2 p.m. at Ward Memorial Cemetery in Brookings. Rev. Adrian Van Aswegan will officiate.
