Dick Ward, 83, Pasadena, Calif., died Sept. 8, 2000, at St. Lukes Hospital.

Survivors are wife Nelle Ward; daughter Sandra Fahey and Linda Shea.

Also surviving are four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the direction of Scantlins Brookings Mortuary Chapel.
