Diana L. Lancaster, born 1948, of Harbor, was convicted on charges of DUII and third-degree assault with a vehicle and was sentenced to three years’ probation, a three-year license suspension, 10 days in jail, ordered to enroll in alcohol treatment program and fined $2,355. It put her in violation of a separate DUII conviction that then garnered her a sentence of 36 months’ probation, a year license suspension, 48 hours in jail or at-home electronic monitoring and a fine of $1,355.
Armando Magallon Lopez, born 1976, of Roseburg, pleaded guilty to DUII and sentenced to 13 months in prison, had his license suspended for life and was fined $2,255. A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed.
Toby Lauren Welch, born 1963, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 24 months probation, 10 days in jail, a six-month license suspension, ordered to enroll in a drug treatment program and was fined $600.
Daniel Pedro Alcazar, born 1992, of Beaverton, changed his plea to guilty on three of 23 charges of identity theft. On each conviction, he was sentenced to 36 months’ probation, 10 days in jail consecutive with time in the other two charges and any other sentences he faces, ordered to live in clean and sober housing, attend drug treatment and was fined $500. If he violates the terms of his probation, he will serve 18 to 24 months in prison. The 20 other identity theft charges were dismissed along with charges of possession of methamphetamine, interfering with law enforcement and second-degree theft.
Samuel Ertsy Waller, born 1956, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to two charges of purchasing, sale or exchange of wildlife when he allegedly purchased sport-caught tuna.
Olivia Grace Clark Gunter, born 1999, of Grants Pass, pleaded guilty to charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and reckless driving. Four other charges of recklessly endangering another person are to be dismissed at sentencing.
Patrick Taylor Busch, born 1986, hometown not listed, was arraigned on charges of third-degree robbery and fourth-degree assault.
Denise Michelle Long, born 1972, of Ashland, was convicted on two charges of mail theft or receipt of stolen mail and was sentenced to 18 months’ probation, 10 days in jail consecutive to that in another case, and fined $600. The second charge garnered an additional $500 in fines.
Charles Anthony Loton Thomas, born 1989, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on a menacing charge.
Kevin Scott Eckhardt, born 1978, of Grants Pass, pleaded not guilty to DUII, reckless driving and failure to perform duties of a driver resulting in property damage and released.
Tammy Leigh Clayton, born 1970, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on a DUII charge and force-released.
Jeremy William Don Petenbrink, born 1982, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty to a charge of resisting arrest and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 10 days in jail and fined $400.
