Christine's life was dedicated to God, her family and her church. She was a faithful member of First United Methodist Church of Pascagoula, Miss., where she provided child care in the church's nursery and attended her Sunday School class. She was a career woman and a homemaker. For years, she was an AVON representative and also proudly served in the foodservice industry, and as a bell ringer for Salvation Army. Christine's cooking delighted family and friends. She is especially known for her cookies and cakes. Her family eagerly awaited her special Easter baskets. She delighted all with her sense of humor and wit. She is greatly loved and will be missed so much.

"She has been through the fire. She has been through the flood. She has been through the storm. Praise the Lord, she's been through the Blood."

A service to celebrate her life and Christian burial was conducted Sept. 6, in the sanctuary of First United Methodist Church of Pascagoula. Reverends Jim Fisher, Sherry Judy, and Earl Greenough officiated.

Entombment is in Machpelah Cemetery.
