Elizabeth Colegrove

Elizabeth Colegrove, 92, Gold Beach, died June 5, 2002, at her home.

She was born March 28, 1910, in Hunter Creek to Ezra andquot;Aceandquot; Turner and Carlotta Louise Paskins Turner.

She grew up on a ranch in Hunter Creek and went to school in Gold Beach.

She married Stanley Colegrove Dec. 31, 1929. The couple settled in Carpenterville and eventually moved to Pistol River. Mrs. Colegrove enjoyed dancing.

She is survived by grandson, Mark Colegrove and granddaughter, Janet Colegrove, both of Brookings; great-granddaughter, Talia Colegrove of Eugene; and numerous great- and great-great-grandnieces and nephews.

A memorial celebration and potluck will be at Pistol River Friendship Hall at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 15.
