STUDENTS' DEDICATION, HARD WORK PAYS OFF

Brookings-Harbor High School announced this week the valedictorian for the class of 2001 is Ann M. Ferry.

Ferry was selected for having the highest accumulative grade point average for seven straight semesters, including getting straight As in advance placement classes.

This years salutatorians, who shared the next highest accumulated grade point averages are Jason Caster, Kimberly Kerr and Kristina Hensley.

The remaining students in the top 10 are, in alphabetical order: Jane Darbyshire, Cheryl Hargrove, Kevin Van Hoesen, Elaine Prevenas, Steven Struck, and Mia Zepeda.
