Youth soccer sign-ups

The Brookings Harbor Soccer League will be holding their first of three sign-up days from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2 in the the large conference room of the Chetco Community Public Library.

Following registration days will be on Thursday, April 17 and Thursday May 1 from 6-8 p.m and there will not be any late sign-up days.

Registration fee will be $50 for the first player, $50 for the second player and $135 for three or more players from the same family.

New players must have their birth ceritificate at the time of registration.

Volunteers are also needed in multiple areas for the upcoming season.

Also, children signing up for the soccer season may also want to register for the UK Soccer Camp to be held July 21 through July 26. Go to www.uksocca.com to register for the camp.

Bowling news

Scott Helstowski of the Wednesday Mixed League had a 739 game to lead the men this week. Daniel Maple had a 280 game on the Men's Trio League for high game.

Christy Helstowski had a 685 series and a 236 game on the Wednesday Mixed League for the women.
