17th annual Bruin Volleyball Camp registration begins

Registration for the 2014 Bruin Volleyball Camp has opened for boys and girls, grades 4-8, interested in participating. 

The camp runs from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Aug. 18-20 at the Azalea Middle School gym. 

Registration costs $25 per youth who registers by June 10, $30 if registered by August 1, and $35 if registered after August 1 and at the door.

Coaches include Azalea Middle School head coaches Lori Cooper and Vanessa Nidiffer, BHHS head caoch Samantha Greenlee, and several assistant coaches, as well as former and current BHHS players.

BHHS to hold softball pitching camp June 23.

Cal State East Bay pitcher Emily Perlich, who was named OSAA 2A All-State pitcher of the year in leading Regis High School to the state championship in 2011, will be the instructor at the Brookings-Harbor High School Pitching Camp on June 23 at BHHS. 

Cost of the camp is $25 per pitcher with the Little League session running from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. The high school session runs from 2 p.m.-6 p.m. 

Athletes are asked to arrive 20 minutes early for registration and warm ups. High school aged pitchers need to provide their own catcher ($25 fee is waived for catchers as they can attend for free).
