Dig out your bell bottoms and tie-dye shirts, because it's time again for the Rotary/Booster club annual dinner, dance and auction.
This year's theme is "A Yippy Hippy Night" and will take place on Saturday, Jan. 19 at the Elks Lodge.
Doors open at 6 p.m. with dinner at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $45 per person and $80 per couple and can be purchased at Daryn Farmer State Farm Insurance and KURY radio.
Entertainment will be provided by Smoking Biscuit and Sans Prophet.
There will be a live auction, silent auction and a raffle to go along with exclusive Bruin merchandise that will be sold only at the event.
Money raised at the event will go toward a number of planned projects for the upcoming year, which includes: a new softball infield, warm-ups for the track team, new mats for the wrestling team, volleyball net supports and padded seating for the gym.
Sponsors for this year's event are All Star Liquors, Barron's Home Furnishings, Boogie Board Bagel, Chetco Federal Credit Union, Integrity Financial Planners, South Coast Lumber, Tidewater Contractors and Wild River Pizza.
Donation items are still being accepted and are very much appreciated.
