Friday, July 13 Motorist assist, 12:30 a.m.: A trooper helped a motorist in a disabled vehicle on Highway 101 near Arch Rock Butte. Sunday, July 15 Assist outside agency, 9:22 a.m.: A trooper assisted a Curry County sheriff’s deputy on a domestic disturbance between a husband and wife on Pedrioli Drive. Drowning, 10:30 a.m.: Troopers assisted Curry County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Coast Guard with a drowning investigation at the Port of Brookings Harbor. The man, who fell overboard near Goat Island, was pronounced deceased upon arrival at the port. Tuesday, July 17 Motorist assist, 1:45 a.m.: A trooper helped a motorist who ran out of gas on Highway 101 near Sundown Drive.
