Friday, Sept. 5 

Criminal mischief, 9:33 a.m.: Criminal mischief to a vehicle in Fred Meyer parking lot; 300 block of Fifth Street. 

Theft, 2:54 p.m.: Two shoplifters arrested at Fred Meyer; 300 block of Fifth Street. 

Suspicious conditions, 5:12 p.m.: 200 block of Wharf Street. 

Traffic stop, 6:18 p.m.: Verbal warning: Illegal right turn from left turn lane at Railroad Street and Pacific Avenue, and failure to signal. 

Intoxicated subject, 10:24 p.m.: Intoxicated adult male was warned for Disorderly Conduct in public and walked to his nearby residence; near Superfly on Railroad Street. 

Animal complaint, 10:31 p.m.: Officer left “nuisance animal/Dog bark” on the door when residents wouldn’t come to the door. This has been an ongoing issue; 600 block of Pioneer Road. 

Suspicious conditions, 9:04 p.m.: 200 block of Alder street. 

Traffic stop, 9:35 p.m.: Verbal warning: driving without lights; Old County Road and Hassett Street. 

Field information, 9:48 p.m.: Field Information with two juveniles parked in a vehicle at location. They were advised of park hours and sent home. Driver was warned for Failure to Carry and Present Driver License, and Failure to Renew Registration; Azalea Park. 

Minor in possession of liquor; 10:06 p.m.: Mill Beach. 

Dispute/fight, 11:47 p.m.: Call transferred to Curry County Sheriff’s Office; 98100 block of West Benham Lane. 

Saturday Sept. 7 

Injury vehicle accident, 4:46 a.m.: North Bank Chetco River Road. 

Fire, 10:05 a.m.: Harbor Fire responded to 98000 block of Gerlach Avenue. 

Child abuse, 10:28 a.m.: Lucky 7 Casino. 

Elderly abuse, 11:20 a.m.: 16700 block of Thompson Road. 

Water problem, 2:17 p.m.: 400 block of Railroad Street. 

Found property, 2:52 p.m.: 700 block of Chetco Avenue. 

Safety/traffic hazard, 6:30 p.m.: 600 block of Pioneer Road. 

Traffic Stop, 7:11 p.m.: Verbal warning: Failure to signal turn at two locations, Alder and Spruce Streets, and again at Spruce and Oak Streets.  

Fire, 7:27 p.m.: Smoke detected on Alder Street. Brookings Fire responded and accidental yard fire was brought under control; 200 block of Alder Street. 

Traffic stop, 7:56 p.m.: Citation issued: No driver license and warned for defective headlight at Arnold Street and Chetco Avenue. 

Fire, 9:05 p.m.: Harbor Fire responded to 99200 block of South Bank Chetco River Road. 

Suspicious conditions, 11:56 p.m.: 1100 Fifield Street. 

Sunday Sept. 8 

Suspicious conditions, 3:46 a.m.: 95975 Chetco Avenue. Traffic stop, 5:07 a.m.: Cited for violation of posted speed, 52/35, also cited for failure to carry current proof of insurance, Chetco Avenue/Parkview Drive. 

Unlawful entry of a vehicle, 2;12 p.m.: Smith River Beach. 

Harassment, , 2:27 p.m.: 300 block of Fifth Street. 

Found property, 2:54 p.m.: Elk Drive. 

Dispute/fight, 4:50 p.m.: Antelope Road. 

Overdue subject, 5:23 p.m.: Gardner Ridge Road. 

Fire, 6:48 p.m.:  29500 block of Carpenterville Road. 

Non-injury vehicle accident, 7:15 p.m.: Highway 101, milepost 363. 

Harassment, 10:44 p.m.: 600 block of  Old County Road. 

Loud noise, 11:58 p.m.: 1300 block of English Court.

Prowler, 3:24 a.m.: Mill Beach. 

Prowler, 5:44 a.m.: 97000 block of Dodge Avenue. 

Child found, 9:09 a.m.: 97800 block of Chilcote Lane. 

Criminal trespass, 11:03 a.m.: 600 block of Pioneer Road. 

Non-injury vehicle accident, 12:30 p.m.: 300 block of Fifth Street. 

Hit and run, 12:34 p.m.: 900 block of  Chetco Avenue. 

Forgery/fraud/bad check, 12:47 p.m.: 500 block of Chetco Avenue. 

Criminal mischief, 2:35 p.m.: 200 block of  Wharf Street. 

Found property, 5:51 p.m.: Lone Ranch Beach. 

Suspicious conditions, 7:12 p.m.: 16800 block of Marine Drive. 

Fire, 7:25 p.m.: Harbor Fire responded to 98700 block of Bayview Drive. 

Safety/traffic hazard, 7:29 p.m.: 16200 block of Highway 101. 

Menacing 7:47 pm.: 17300 block of Carpenterville Road. 

Fire, 8:50 p.m.: Coos Fire Protection Agency responded to Social Security Bar.
