Monday, March 1

Non-injury traffic crash, 3:59 p.m.: A pickup truck veered off the road and hit the guardrail in the 1600 Chetco Avenue.

Suspicious conditions, 5:01 p.m.: Police responded to a report of two men acting suspiciously in the Fred Meyer parking lot. When an officer approached one of the men, he bolted and ran. The officer gave chase, but lost him. The officer found the man’s jacket and hat abandoned on the ground. In the jacket pocket were some vehicle air fresheners which were determined to have been stolen from the store. The subject was caught on video camera, but has yet to be identified.

DUII, 9:02 p.m.: A 56-year-old woman was arrested at Chetco Avenue and Center Street.

 

Tuesday, March 2

Suspicious conditions, 2:23 a.m.: 700 block of Clair Lane.

Non-injury traffic crash, 5:48 a.m.: Old County Road.

Non-injury traffic crash, 10:24 a.m.: Chetco Avenue and Center Street.

Theft, 10:30 a.m.: Brookings.

Fire, 1:05 p.m.: 1000 block of Chetco Avenue.

Suspicious conditions, 1:41 p.m.: 97100 block of Dodge Avenue.

Suspicious conditions, 2:10 p.m.: 300 block of Fifth Street.

Fire, 3:59 p.m.: Harbor Fire Department responded to the 97900 block of Court Street.

 

Wednesday, March 3

Theft, 10:10 a.m.: 300 block of Fifth Street.

Theft, 10:16 a.m.: A student in the 500 block of Fern Street reported the theft of his iPod.

Theft, 2 p.m.: 800 block of Railroad Street.

Fire, 5:04 p.m.: Harbor Fire Department responded to the Crissy Field Visitor Center.

DUII, 5:57 p.m.: A 44-year-old Eureka, Calif., man was arrested in the Harris State Beach.
