Assist outside agency, 2:29 p.m.: Azalea Middle School. Criminal trespass, 4:52 p.m.: Susan Place. Littering, 6:12 p.m.: Skate park. Animal complaint, 6:58 p.m.: A bear in a back yard was reported in the 800 block of Paradise Lane.
Wednesday, June 3 Criminal mischief, 1:46 a.m.: A woman in the 1200 block of Iris Street reported someone throwing rocks at her house and beating on the walls. Illegal dumping, 8:04 a.m.: 800 block of Julie Drive. Burglary, 11:24 a.m.: 15700 block of Pedrioli Drive. Assist outside agency, 1:11 p.m.: 200 block of Marine Drive. Lost property, 3:23 p.m.: Grocery Outlet. Illegal dumping, 3:37 p.m.: 1000 block of Fifield Street. Animal complaint, 3:53 p.m.: A citizen reported a whale trying to beach itself at Sporthaven Beach. Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife was notified. Found property, 5:36 p.m.: Railroad Street. Threats, 8:48 p.m.: 200 block of Marine Drive.

Animal complaint, 1:08 a.m.: A bear was observed getting into trash cans, then ran into neighbor’s back yard in the 700 block of Fourth Street. Shots fired, 6:15 a.m. 96400 block of Cape Ferrelo Road. Forged check, 9:07 a.m.: Chetco Federal Credit Union in Brookings. Hit and run, 2:10 p.m.: A citizen reported a semi truck clipped the mirror of another vehicle at Chetco Avenue near Wharf Street. The caller followed the truck north until it was stopped by police. Illegal camping, 3:41 p.m.: 200 block of Macklyn Cove Drive. Suspicious conditions, 9:58 p.m.: Near Dutch Brothers. |
