Suspicious conditions, 3:25 a.m.: An officer leaving the police station heard noises coming from the new medical center construction site on Fifth Street. Officers located a 37-year-old transient man preparing to spend the night in the building.
Suspicious conditions, 9:16 a.m.: A woman reported she was driving near the Winchuck River bridge, obeying the speed limit, when a man stepped out into the roadway and hit her car with his hat.
Non-injury traffic crash, 9:42 a.m.: 700 block of Spruce Street.
Hit and run, 1:44 p.m.: 15900 block of Highway 101.
Suspicious conditions, 2:42 p.m.: 600 block of Easy Manor Drive.

Suspicious conditions, 12:09 a.m.: Police investigated of a woman whom passersby thought might be going to jump off the Chetco River bridge. It was determined she had no such intention.
Safety hazard, 11:56 a.m.: 600 block of Chetco Avenue.
Suspicious conditions, 1:09 p.m.: Gold Beach.
Theft, 2:28 p.m.: A teacher at the Church of the Nazarene school requested an officer to talk with a kindergartner who reportedly stole something.
Safety hazard, 2:43 p.m.: North Bank Chetco River Road.
Fire, 3:06 p.m.: Harbor Fire Department responded to a report of a fire in a commercial freezer at Brookings-Harbor Shopping Center and that the sprinkler system was flooding the store and employees didn’t know how to shut it off.
Loud noise, 11:40 p.m.: 300 block of Matot Street.
