Tuesday, Jan. 8 Criminal mischief, 8:47 a.m.: 1300 block of Easy Street. Driving complaint, 12:55 p.m.: Information was provided regarding a chronic drunk driver. Disorderly conduct, 6:68 p.m.: 98100 block of West Benham Lane. Suspicious conditions, 6:58 p.m.: A business owner reported a suspicious vehicle in the 1200 block of Chetco Avenue. An officer located a mushroom picker and everything was OK. Suspicious conditions, 7:19 p.m.: A suspicious vehicle at Fifth and Railroad streets turned out to be a woman pulling over to make a phone call. Assault, 9:37 p.m.: A minor assault was reported in the 700 block of First Street. Neither party wished to pursue charges. Prowler, 10:11 p.m.: A Peeping Tom was reported in the 600 block of Old County Road. Wednesday, Jan. 9 Forgery/fraud/bad check, 11:25 a.m.: 900 block of Marina Heights Road. Suspicious conditions, 1:35 p.m.: 400 block of Redwood Street. Suspicious conditions, 1:53 p.m.: A suspicious person was loitering around Azalea Middle School and harassing students. Loud noise, 3:54 p.m.: An officer warned a person for disorderly conduct in the 500 block of Fern Street. Hazard, 5:03 p.m.: South Bank Chetco River Road. Thursday, Jan. 10 Juvenile problem, 9 a.m.: Brookings-Harbor High School officials requested an officer assist in dealing with a student who brought a knife to school. Harassment, 10:25 a.m.: Concern about a neighborhood dispute in the 1200 block of Moore Street was unfounded. Fight, 5:16 p.m.: A dispute was reported between a manager and employee in the 19900 block of Whaleshead Road. Fire, 8:11 p.m.: An employee at a business reported an unattended burn behind South Coast Center that had flared up. Harbor Fire Department responded and advised that the fire was in no danger of spreading. Driving complaint, 8:49 p.m.: A caller advised that the driver of a vehicle was harassing her by following too closely and revving the engine. The caller signed a citation and it was issued to the driver.
