Tuesday, Feb. 17

Violation restraining order, 7:25 a.m.: A 29-year-old man arrested for violating a court conditional release agreement at Chetco Avenue and Fifth Street.

Dispute, 10:30 a.m.: 17600 block of Brown Deer Lane.

Misuse of 911, 11:51 a.m.: 500 block of Fifth Street.

Animal complaint, 12:26 p.m.: A cow got out along Oceanview Drive.

Theft, 12:56 p.m.: 1200 block of Iris Street.

Lost property, 4:14 p.m.: A set of keys was lost in the 7100 block of Vista Ridge Drive.

Bad check, 5:04 p.m.: A customer warned for writing a bad check in the 400 block of Pine Street. The person must take care of it or be cited.

Dispute, 5:31 p.m.: 16100 block of West Hoffeldt Lane.

Theft of services, 6:16 p.m.: A man in the 200 block of Tanbark Road reported mail in his trash can that was not his. The mail was discovered to be stolen from several mail boxes on High Noon Road. The mail was returned to the post office for redelivery.

Disorderly conduct, 7:29 p.m.: A verbal dispute between two parents turned disorderly during high school basketball game.


Wednesday, Feb. 18

Transient, 2:23 p.m.: A transient in the 400 block of Redwood Street was warned for trespassing and littering.

Bike offense, 4:20 p.m.: Two people were cited for unsafe operation of bicycles on a sidewalk at Fern Street and Chetco Avenue.

Dispute, 5:34 p.m.: A verbal dispute between neighbors was reported in the 200 block of Matot Street.

Dispute, 6:15 p.m.: 15700 block of Winriver Road.

Suspicious conditions, 9:35 p.m.: Suspicious activity inside a vehicle was reported on Old County Road.


Thursday, Feb. 19

Suspicious conditions, 5:25 a.m.: A suspicious person was parked in the 900 block of Krista Lane, then drove off.

Forgery, 9:36 a.m.: ID theft and forgery was being investigated in the  300 block of Fifth Street.

Traffic crash, 10:15 a.m.: South Bank Chetco River Road, injury involved.

Suspicious conditions, 11:46 a.m.: A Brookings man in the 200 block of Marine Street was using someone else’s post office box address.

Misuse of 911, 12:14 p.m.: Park Avenue.

Harassment, 2:43 p.m.: A civil matter was referred back to the school to handle a disagreement between two students.

Suspicious conditions, 3:51 p.m.: An odor of marijuana coming from a residence in the 500 block of Fern Avenue was determined to be unfounded.

Theft, 4:28 p.m.: Two 20-year-olds were arrested for theft in the 300 block of Fifth Street.

Civil problem, 4:34 p.m.: An incident reported in the 17100 block of Ocean Park Court turned out to be a civil matter between a couple getting divorced.

Found property, 7:46 p.m.: Keys found at the post office.
