Water problem, 6:40 a.m.: Public works was called out for a water main break on Buena Vista Loop.
Suspicious conditions, 10:17 a.m.: 600 block of Pioneer Road.
Suspicious conditions, 2:45 p.m.: South end of Chetco River bridge.
Suspicious conditions, 5:52 p.m.: 16900 block of Old County Road.
Hit and run, 6:08 p.m.: The owner of The Marketplace reported that someone had run into the building causing minor structural damage, and left the scene without identifying himself.
Tuesday, Jan. 26
Warrant service, 8:35 a.m : A park ranger at Harris Beach State Park reported there was a transient female who had set up camp in one of the restrooms. When police ran a check on her, it was discovered she had an outstanding warrant for fraud and she was taken into custody.
Suspicious conditions, 12:08 p.m.: A man made threatening statements to a bank teller when he was refused service because he could or would not produce identification. The incident occured at a bank in the 700 block of Chetco Avenue.
Lost property, 3:54 p.m.: A woman reported losing, but later finding, a bag containing valuable jewelry either in the 600 block of Fifth Street or 700 block of Spruce Street.
Suspicious conditions, 4:38 p.m.: Police received a complaint of a male transient panhandling in the Brookings-Harbor Shopping Center Laundromat. A woman reported that he shoved her as he left the building.
Driving complaint, 5:40 p.m.: Police received a complaint of dirt bikes speeding up and down Hall Way.
Lost property, 7:43 p.m.: A man reported his blue and orange BMX Redline bicycle stolen from his front porch at the Azalea Reach Apartments.
Found property, 10:56 p.m.: Marina Heights.
Wednesday, Jan. 27
Theft, 4:20 p.m.: 600 block of Hemlock Street.
Lost property, 6:50 p.m.: A gift card was reported lost in the Brookings area.
Fight, 7:38 p.m.: 500 block of Hemlock Street.
