Driving complaint, 5:36 p.m.: Southbound Highway 101 on Chetco River bridge. Criminal mischief, 7:45 p.m.: A vehicle was vandalized in a parking lot in the 800 block Railroad Avenue. Sunday, Sept. 27 Domestic dispute, 12:44 a.m.: 16200 block Tolman Lane. Public Indecency, 2:59 a.m.: A transient was urinating in the bushes near Chetco Avenue and Fifth Street. Suspicious conditions, 6:54 a.m.: Port of Brookings Harbor. Suspicious conditions, 10:02 a.m.: 1300 block Hampton Road. Driving complaint, 11:05 a.m.: Southbound from Whaleshead on Highway 101. Theft, 1:10 p.m.: A 16-year old McKinleyville, Calif., boy was taken into custody for shoplifting at Fred Meyer. He had narcotics on his person and a check revealed he was a runaway. He was turned over to the Juvenile Department. Criminal mischief, 1:22 p.m.: Broken glass was found in the restroom at Azalea Park. Possession of drugs, 2 p.m.: 1600 block Highway 101. Illegal camping, 3:29 p.m.: A woman noticed a transient had been sleeping under her porch in the 600 block Chetco Avenue. Lost property, 4:07 p.m.: 600 block Ransom Avenue. Loud noise, 5:39 p.m.: 400 block Pine Street. Suspicious conditions, 7:41 p.m.: 200 block Marine Drive. |
