Assault, 12:30 p.m.: 97800 block of Shopping Center Avenue.
Injury vehicle accident, 4:05 p.m.: Highway 101 near milepost 307.
Unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, 6:21 p.m.: An officer took a report of the theft of personal items from an unlocked vehicle while it was parked at Fred Meyer.

Dispute/fight, 6:57 p.m.: 15500 block of Winriver Road.
Intoxicated subject, 7:11 p.m.: A citizen reported a man down in the 800 block of Chetco Avenue and was unsure if it was a medical issue or something else, so an officer and an ambulance were sent. He was intoxicated, agitated and declined medical assistance.
