Hit and run, 1:39 a.m.: A citizen walking his bike near the high school heard screeching tires and a loud impact. Officers found a parked vehicle on Pioneer Road with extensive damage and a large debris pile from the suspect vehicle, which had left the scene before officers arrived. The subject was not located but turned himself in the following day. He was cited for failure to perform duties of a driver.
Found property, 8:02 a.m.: A bike found in the 700 block of Pioneer Road was turned in the Brookings Police and taken to city shops for storage.
Hit and run, 12:30 p.m.: 16400 block of Lower Harbor Road.

Criminal trespass, 5:15 p.m. A civil problem in a homeowner’s association in the 100 block of Schooner Bay Drive will be dealt with at its board meeting.

Warrant service, 8:30 p.m.: A man in the 300 block of Fifth Street was arrested on a circuit court warrant for dangerous drugs and transported to jail.
Threats, 8:40 p.m.: A citizen in the 800 block of Joshua Court reported receiving threats on Facebook and was advised by an officer of her options.
Loud noise, 11:06 p.m.: Officers warned residents in the 300 block of South Hazel Street to keep their party noise down.
