Friday, Jan. 31

Warrant service, 10:37 a.m.: An adult female in the 800 block of Limbaugh Way was arrested on a warrant and cited to appear in court. 

Suspicious conditions, 10:48 a.m.: 98000 block of Merrill Lane. 

Theft, 11:40 a.m.: A citizen reported the theft of a go-cart and two motors from residence in the 100 block of Tanbark Road. 

Fire, 12:08 p.m.: Brookings Fire units responded to the 96400 block of Coverdell Road. 

Theft, 12:23 p.m.: The theft of items from a residence in the 500 block of Memory Lane was reported. 

Hazard, 1:28 p.m.: 600 block of Pioneer Road. 

Unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, 3:57 p.m.: The theft of items from unlocked vehicles was reported in the 600 block of Memory Lane. 

Hazard, 4:39 p.m.: Highway 101 and Beach Avenue. 

Warrant service, 4:55 p.m.: An adult male on East Harris Heights Road was arrested on a Coos County warrant.

Field interview, 6:43 p.m.: Three juveniles on Old County Road were warned for disorderly conduct and told not to walk in the roadway. 

Non-injury vehicle accident, 9:06 p.m.: An officer responded to a report of a two-vehicle non-injury accident at Chetco Avenue and Oak Street. The drivers exchanged information and will report damage to DMV and insurance.

DUII, 10:36 p.m.: An adult male was arrested at Pacific Avenue and Oak Street.

Brookings Police made 11 traffic stops, and issued four citations. 

Saturday, Feb. 1 

Fire, 8:41 a.m.: Brookings Fire units responded to the Chetco River North Jetty. 

Hit and run, 1:38 p.m.: A vehicle was backed into by a white pickup while she was sitting in it in the 500 block of Pacific Avenue. Damage was done to the bumper below the trunk. She got license number of the pickup and will report it to DMV. 

Juvenile problem, 3:52 p.m.: A juvenile reportedly violated his probation in the 1200 block of Hub Street. 

Fire, 4:29 p.m.: A citizen reported doing a controlled burn in the 16600 block of Foster Road. 

Suspicious conditions, 4:38 p.m.: 16300 block of Lower Harbor Road. 

Theft, 7:49 p.m.: A man stole items from Fred Meyer and fled on foot from loss prevention personnel. Officers later arrested the man when he was found trying to return to his vehicle, which was still parked at the store.

Sunday, Feb. 2 

Prowler, 1:02 p.m.: 200 block of King Street. 

Suspicious conditions, 4:23 p.m.: 300 block of North Indian Road. 

Suspicious conditions, 9:17 p.m.: Azalea Park north entrance. 

Suspicious conditions, 9:44 p.m.: 300 block of Matot Street. 

Explosion 11:29 p.m.: 700 block of Spruce Street.

Monday, Feb. 3 

Suspicious conditions, 12:19 a.m.: Easy Street. 

Hazard, 9:45 a.m.: Chetco Avenue and Arnold Lane. 

Found property, 9:57 a.m.: 1100 block of Chetco Avenue. 

Disabled vehicle, 1:01 p.m.: Chetco Avenue and Alder Street. 

Unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, 1:36 p.m.: 600 block of Pioneer Road.

Bike/skateboard complaint, 5:07 p.m.: 1100 block of Ransom Avenue. 

Fire, 11:50 p.m.: Brookings Fire units responded to the 200 block of Wharf Street.
