Tuesday, April 1 

Suspicious conditions, 2:48 a.m.: Highway 101 and Carpenterville Road.

Warrant service: A woman walked into the Brookings Police Department lobby and turned herself in for having a warrant out of Douglas County. 

Disorderly conduct, 10:14 a.m.: Chetco and Hillside avenues.

Found property, 11:19 a.m.: 1200 block of Moore Street. 

Hit and run, 3:40 p.m.: 200 block of Wharf Street. 

Lost subject, 6:21 p.m.: Timeus Ranch Road. 

Suspicious conditions, 7:22 p.m.: 200 block of Cypress Street. 

Disabled vehicle, 8:47 p.m.: A report of a verbal altercation in the 600 block of Old County Road was investigated by police. All parties were counseled about disorderly conduct and separated for the night.

Wednesday, April 2 

Dispute/fight, 12:22 a.m.: 800 block of Old County Road. 

Suspicious conditions, 1:01 a.m.: 300 block of Fifth Street. 

DUII, 2:21 a.m.: A woman was arrested for DUII at Harris Beach. 

Harassment, 7:44 a.m.: 97900 block of Shopping Center Avenue. 

Warrant service, 11:57 a.m.: One man and a woman in the 800 block of Pioneer Road were arrested for outstanding warrants and probation violations and transported to jail. 

DUII, 12:17 p.m.: 800 block of Railroad Street. 

Warrant service, 12:40 p.m.: A woman in the 800 block of Limbaugh Way was arrested on a warrant and transported  to jail. 

Theft, 3:46 p.m.: A citizen in the 300 block of Alder Street reported the theft of multiple items from his vehicle and residential property. 

Injury vehicle accident, 4:25 p.m.: 800 block of Chetco Avenue. 

Field interview, 4:55 p.m.: Two adult transients were warned for panhandling at Chetco Avenue and Fifth Street. 

Suspicious conditions, 5:05 p.m.: A citizen reported possible damage to a vacant home in the 300 block of Spruce Drive.

Field interview, 6:10 p.m.: Two adults and two children were warned for panhandling in the 300 block of Fifth Street. 

Dispute/fight, 9:49 p.m.: 800 block of Pioneer Road. 

Unlawful entry of motor vehicle, 11:26 a.m.: Several vehicles parked at a business in the 600 block of Memory Lane were entered and had items taken.

Brookings police made two traffic stops, resulting in one citation.

Thursday, April 3 

Unauthorized use of vehicle, 2:21 a.m. 15900 block of Oceanview Drive. 

Dispute/fight, 2:42 a.m.: 98100 block of West Benham Lane. 

Dispute/fight, 2:48 a.m.: 98100 block of West Benham Lane. 

Criminal mischief, 9:15 a.m.: A citizen reported criminal mischief done to a vehicle in the 1000 block of Chetco Avenue. 

Burglary, 9:35 a.m.: An attempted burglary to a residence in the 1300 block of Ransom Avenue was not as reported. 

Illegal dumping, 11:26 a.m.:1100 block of Ransom Avenue. 

Information, 12:06 p.m.: An officer assisted an apartment manager with information regarding removing an individual from the property. 

Hit and run, 12:37 p.m.: A citizen reported her vehicle had been the victim of a hit and run accident in the 900 block of Parkview Drive. 

Threats, 7:01 p.m.: 17800 block of Wimmer Road. 

Bike/skateboard complaint, 7:13 p.m.: An officer warned four juveniles for riding skateboards, bikes and scooters without helmets in the Kerr’s Ace Hardware parking lot. 

Overdue subject, 8:06 p.m.: 600 block of Railroad Avenue. 

Disorderly conduct, 9:21 p.m.: A man was cited for disorderly conduct after attempting to enter the driver’s side of an occupied vehicle in the 500 block of Chetco Avenue.
