Tuesday, April 9
Matthew Tyrell Smith, 28, of Coquille, was relodged for fourth-degree assault and harassment; no bail.
Thursday, April 11
Gerald Michael Paugh, 20, of Port Orford, relodged for two counts of first-degree theft; no bail.
Jeffery Patterson Cach, 45, of Port Orford, for harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct; bail set at $15,000.
A jury found Kylie Harrison Crowe, born 1986, of Brookings, not guilty of burglary, theft, criminal trespass and criminal mischief charges.
Kurt Vaughn Herzog, born 1965, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to kidnapping and possession of methamphetamine and faces a Sept. 3 trial. Two assault charges and one of menacing are pending.
Shaun Paul Louis Iverson, born 1991, of Gold Beach, was convicted of supplying contraband; three charges of possession of a controlled substance were dismissed. Another charge of interfering with a police officer was dismissed.
Joie Lou Maria Spooner, born 1958, of Pleasanton, Calif., failed to appear in court for a plea hearing; it was rescheduled for April 25.
Janine Holliday Witt, born 1965, of Port Orford, was ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation before facing charges of criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, escape and interfering with a police officer.
Matthew Tyrell Smith, born 1985, of Coquille, was found guilty of harassment and assault. He was found not guilty on charges of felony burglary, theft and interfering with a police officer.
A jury found Gerald Michael Paugh, born 1992, of Port Orford, not guilty of theft charges.
Raymond Eugene Tuttle, born 1985, of Harbor, had dismissed charges of furnishing liquor to a minor.
Jack Anthony Althof, born 1967, of Crescent City, has had a warrant issued for him after he made an “unauthorized departure.”
Christopher J. Greenwood, born 1979, of Harbor, pleaded guilty to DUII and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, two days in jail, was fined $2,590, must attend alcohol treatment and has had his license suspended for three years.
Jennifer R. Hall, born 1988, of Yreka, was convicted on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, fined $1,000 and has had her license suspended for one year.
Jeffrey Michael Squires, born 1982, of Brookings, had charges of harassment dismissed.
Glenn Allen Burkhow Sr., born 1963, of Port Orford, was found not guilty of felony theft.
Dillian Wade Burdick, born 1989, of Port Orford, was convicted of criminal mischief and convicted to 24 months’ probation, five days in jail and fined $720; a probation violation charge and a failure to appear charge were dismissed.
Lacy Nicole Crews, born 1989, of Crescent City, pleaded guilty to DUII and was sentenced to one year of diversion, fined $490 and must have an ignition lock device installed in her vehicle.
Brandon M. Foley, born 1993, of Brookings, was convicted of minor in possession of alcohol, fined $260 and has had his license suspended for a year. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty and was convicted of theft, and had charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespassing dismissed. Other charges of minor in possession and interfering with a police officer were dismissed.
Timothy Lee Marsh, born 1977, of Klamath, Calif., was convicted on escape charges, sentenced to 36 months’ probation, 90 days in jail and fined $2,640. He was also convicted on charges of interfering with a police officer and sentenced to 36 months’ probation, 10 days in jail, to be served consecutive with his other jail sentence, and fined $1,000. Another escape charge was dismissed.
Brandi Lea Nored, born 1978, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft and sentenced to 12 months’ probation and fined $640.
Glenn Allen Burkhow, Jr., born 1980, of Port Orford, and Allen Douglas Vonnevin, Jr., born 1979, of Port Orford, both being held in jail on attempted murder charges, requested to be released from jail. The requests were denied; their respective $1 million bonds remain in place.
David James Kamph, born 1976, of Langlois, was convicted on one charge of burglary; another charge of theft was dismissed.
Deborah Lynn Kappel, born 1958, of Days Creek, Ore., pleaded not guilty to possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Starr Lynn Lowrance, born 1979, of Harbor, pleaded guilty to forgery charges; an identity theft charge was dismissed.
Shayann Autumn Oliver, born 1988, of Brookings had charges of contempt of court charges dismissed.
Tevis Eugene Scheuchzer, born 1978, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty and was convicted on charges of supplying contraband; a charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed.
William Earl Upton, born 1969, of Harbor, was found not guilty of DUII charges, but guilty of carrying a concealed weapon, for which he faces an April 23 sentencing.
Dane A. Ross, born 1980, of Gold Beach, had his diversion extended six months on original charges of DUII.
