Troy Douglas Moss, 36, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 5 of failure to return a suspended driver license and driving while suspended. He was ordered to pay $200 for the failure to return and $375 for the DWS.

Kenneth Payne, 20, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 5 of driving under the influence of intoxicants, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and minor in possession of alcohol. He was given a one-year diversion on the DUII and ordered to pay $358, a diversion on the marijuana and ordered to pay $233 and was fined $250 for the MIP.

Matthew Ryan Wiltse, 29, Harbor, was convicted by default Oct. 5 of failure to return a suspended license. He was ordered to pay $300.

Lizetta Giguiere, 35, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 6 of failure to return a suspended license. She was ordered to pay $750.

Kimberly Diane Brewer, 42, Redmond, Calif., was convicted Oct. 6 of assault. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $747.

Heather Hughes, 35, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 6 of having a dog as a public nuisance. She was ordered to pay $50.

Carrie Anne Rose Zech, 38, Medford, failed to appear Oct. 6 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

James J. Belcher, 37, Harbor, failed to appear Oct. 7 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest. The warrant was withdrawn on Oct. 9 and the show cause order was rescheduled.

Dane Alan Ross, 28, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 7 of violation of two probations. He was sentenced to eight days each, to be served concurrently.

Lonna Renea Bollinger, 44, Brookings, failed to appear Oct. 8 for arraignment on a show cause order. Her DUII diversion was revoked and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

Ronald Titus Bollinger, 46, Forks of Salmon, Calif., failed to appear Oct. 8 for arraignment on a show cause order. His DUII diversion was revoked and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Mark H. Saunders, 54, West Palm Beach, Fla., failed to appear Oct. 8 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Nikolas Michael Schul, 21, Niagara Falls, N.Y., failed to appear Oct. 8 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Jonathan Scott Archer, 24, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 8 of assault and driving under the influence of intoxicants. On Oct. 9 he was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $2,000 for the DUII. For the assault, he was sentenced to 45 days in jail, to be served consecutively, 36 months’ probation and to pay $870 plus restitution to be determined within 90 days.

Josue Hernandez-Contreras, 32, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 8 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Sentencing was set for Oct. 12.

Deborah Kay Blair, 57, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 9 of probation violation. She was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, to pay $25 and her probation was continued.

Sidney Charles England, 42, Springfield, failed to appear Oct. 9 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Anthony Sabatino Racicot, 53, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 9 of failure to report as a sex offender. Sentencing was set for Oct. 13.
