Harry Edward Sizelove III, 39, Port Orford, was convicted Sept. 8 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $358.

Allison Thacker, 19, Dixon, Calif., was convicted by default Sept. 8 of being a minor in possession of alcohol. She was ordered to pay $360.

Janie Beth Henshaw, 39, Medford, was convicted of probation violation on Sept. 9 and her diversion for menacing was revoked. Her probation was extended one year and she was ordered to pay $462.

Ben George Lesina, 22, Crescent City, Calif., failed to appear Sept. 9 for arraignment on a show cause order. His DUII diversion was revoked and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Justin Wendell Oliver, 26, Brookings, was sentenced Sept. 9 for a driving under the influence of intoxicants conviction. He was sentenced to 80 hours of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,500.

Frank Daniel Roope, 58, Bieber, Calif., failed to appear Sept. 9 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
