Albert James Morse, born 1971, Brookings, was convicted Sept. 30 of probation violation. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail and to pay $85 and his probation was continued.

Jason Dale Calhoun, born 1980, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 3 of driving under the influence of intoxicants and disorderly conduct. For the DUII, he was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,635. For being disorderly, he was sentenced to 30 hours of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $315 plus restitution to be determined.

Rick Letrell Cader, born 1960, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 3 of harassment. He was ordered to pay $750.

Michael Ray Davis, born 1975, Port Orford, was convicted Oct. 3 of assault, driving while suspended and criminal mischief. For assault, he was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $1,280. For DWS, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail and to pay $202. For probation violation, his probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 30 days in jail. All jail sentences are to be served consecutively.

Bruce Robert Craviotto, born 1964, Eugene, was granted a one-year diversion Oct. 4 for driving under the influence of intoxicants and was convicted of careless driving. For the diversion, he was ordered to pay $458. For careless driving, he was ordered to pay $500.

Eric Brent Amason, born 1983, Port Orford, was sentenced Oct. 4 for driving under the influence of intoxicants following the revocation of his diversion and he was convicted of probation violation. For the DUII, he was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,885. For probation violation, he was sentenced to five days in jail and to pay $750.

Cathleen Anne Lovejoy, born 1952, Brookings, was sentenced Oct. 4 for driving under the influence of intoxicants, following the revoking of her diversion. She was sentenced to 80 hours of community service, 18 months’ probation and to pay $1,600.
