Micah Frank Haymes, born 1974, Port Orford was convicted Sept. 28 of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. For trespass he was sentenced to 24 months’ probation and to pay $200. For disorderly, he was also sentenced to 24 months’ probation and to pay $200. Raena Koren Mckenzie Myers, born 1978, on Sept. 28 had a harassment charge dismissed. Matt Steve Carpenter, born 1987, Brookings, on Oct. 1 had a charge of criminal trespass dismissed. Cody Cameron Jaehn, born 1978, Medford, failed to appear Oct. 1 for arraignment on a theft charge. A warrant was issued for his arrest. Jolene Jackson Joyce, born 1979, Crescent City, was convicted by default Oct. 1 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and was sentenced to pay $1,000. Gary Lage, born 1946, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 1 of a wildlife law violation and was sentenced to pay $500. Eric Michael Corey, born 1967, Port Orford, was convicted Oct. 2 of arson. Sentencing on Oct. 4 was delayed until Oct. 10. Brian Frederick Sanchagrin, born 1977, Battleground, Was., was convicted Oct. 2 of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and to pay $500. Kirk D. Lamb, born 1988, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 2 of driving under the influence of intoxicants and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $2,100. Richard Jaysun Keehn, born 2957, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 2 of violation of two probations and was sentenced to five days on each, to be served consecutively. Brian James Riddle, born 1984, Clackamas, was sentenced Oct. 2 for driving under the influence of intoxicants after his diversion was revoked. He was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 12 months’ probation and to pay $1,600. Brett Andrew Carpenter, born 1981, Brookings,w as convicted Oct. 3 of offensive littering and was sentenced to pay $1,00 plus $300 restitution. Jayson Douglas Law, born 1958, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 3 of attempted assault and was sentenced to five days injail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $850. Christopher Hugh Davis, born 1978, Port Orford, was convicted Oct. 4 of burglary and first-degree theft. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and to pay $500 for the burglary and 30 days, to be served consecutively for theft and to pay $1,000 compensatory fine. David James Fox, born 1957, Linden, Mich., was convicted Oct. 4 of possession of marijuana and failure to appear. For possession, he was given a conditional discharge and sentenced to 18 months’ probation and to pay $850. For failure, he was sentenced to 24 months’ probation and to pay $500. Mike Lee Hill Jr., born 1971, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 4 of attempted theft, criminal mischief and violation of three probations. For theft, hew as sentenced to 36 months’ probation and to pay $690 and restitution to be set. For mischief, he was sentenced to 36 months’ probation and to pay $500. The three probations were revoked and he was sentenced to 60 days jail in each, to be served consecutively. Clayton Leroy Miller Jr., born 1950, Port Orford, was convicted Oct. 4 of probation violation. The probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 60 days in jail. Gregory John Polley, born 1958, Port Orford, was convicted Oct. 5 of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 45 days in jail, suspended, 24 months’ probation and to pay $350. Matthew Martin Ray, born 1976, Central Point, was convicted Oct. 5 of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to five days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $850.
