Clyde William Myers, born 1951, Port Orford, was convicted Oct. 21 of first-degree criminal mischief and two counts of recklessly endangering another. For criminal mischief, he was sentenced to 16 months in prison, three years’ post prison supervision, and to pay $1,395, plus $2,300 restitution to the victim’s insurance company and $450.74 restitution to her son and $170 compensatory fine to the son. For the first count of recklessly endangering, he was sentenced to 36 months’ probation and to pay $702. For the second, it was 36 months’ probation and to pay $607.

Brian James Riddle, born 1984, Clackamas, failed to appear Oct. 21 for arraignment on a show cause order. His DUII diversion was revoked and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
