Evonne Leeann Tribble, born 1969, Brookings, was sentenced Sept. 23 for her Sept. 2 conviction on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and carrying a concealed weapon. For the DUII, she was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $2,400. For the weapon, she was ordered to pay $302 and forfeit the weapon.

Michael Gordon Olsen, born 1961, Gold Beach, was convicted Sept. 23 of supplying contraband. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $515.

Kenneth Travis Davis, born 1980, Brookings, was convicted Sept. 26 by default of failing to carry and present a license. He was ordered to pay $1,000.

Tammy Faith Hill, born 1965, Brookings, was convicted Sept. 26 of a wildlife law violation. She was ordered to pay $150.

Joshua Darrell Ochoa, born 1985, Harbor, was convicted Sept. 26 by default of failing to carry and present a license. He was ordered to pay $1,000.

Matthew Adam Sokol, born 1988, Eugene, on Sept. 26 was granted a one-year diversion for driving under the influence of intoxicants and was ordered to pay $458.

Ryan A. Wilson, born 1987, Seattle, on Sept. 26 was granted a one-year diversion for possessing less than an ounce of marijuana and his filing fee was waived.

Breanne Kytola, born 1986, Coos Bay, failed to appear Sept. 27 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Blake Paul Topping, born 1986, Corona, Calif., failed to appear Sept. 27 for arraignment on a show cause order. His diversion for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana was revoked and he was ordered by default to pay $1,045.

Jamie Leigh Tomlinson, born 1989, Brookings, was convicted Sept. 27 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and was ordered to pay $1,045.

Jerry Robert Dean Baugh, born 1969, was convicted Sept. 28 of probation violation. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and his probation was continued.

Christopher M. Callahan, born 1982, Medford, on Sept. 28 was granted a one-year diversion for possessing less than an ounce of marijuana and he was ordered to pay $333.

Kevin Joseph Eber, born 1989, Harbor, was convicted Sept. 28 of recklessly endangering another and failure to perform duties of a driver. For endangering, he was sentenced to four days of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $702. For failure to perform, he was sentenced to 24 months’ probation and to pay $102.

Stephanie Alaine Hobbs, born 1984, Brookings, was convicted Sept. 29 of disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to 20 hours of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $965 and her firearm was ordered forfeited.

Fallon Jayne Scalera, born 1983, Bookings, failed to appear Sept. 29 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Tracy M. Geyer, born 1970, Brookings, was convicted Sept. 29 of possession of methamphetamine. Sentencing was set for Oct. 10.

Keith Bandon Delaney, born 1986, Brookings, was convicted Sept. 30 of improper use of 911 system and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. For improper use, he was sentenced to 40 hours of community service, 18 months probation and to pay $202. For possession, he was ordered to pay $750.
