Brian Paul Chaucer, 34, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 25 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $458.

Glynn Alfred Addison, 49, Harbor, was convicted Oct. 25 of criminal trespass. He was ordered to pay $1,000.

Jonathon N. Beach, 21, Manlius, N.Y., was convicted Oct. 25 of depositing trash near water. He was ordered to pay $750.

Jonathan Stuart Beckley, 18, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 25 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,000.

Christopher A. Smith, 19, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 25 of reckless driving. He was ordered to pay $750.

Brian James Riddle, 26, Milwaukie, was convicted Oct. 25 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $458.

Michael R. Thomas, 51, Brookings, failed to appear Oct. 25 for arraignment on theft and failure to appear charges. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Miles Robert Vaughan, 30, Crescent City, was convicted Oct. 25 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $458.

Damion L. Vanparks, 38, Crescent City, failed to appear Oct. 25 for a probation violation hearing. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Michael Jeffrey Bowen, 25, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 26 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $458.

Michael Kristopher Failor, 32, Gasquet, was convicted Oct. 26 of harassment and menacing. For harassment, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 36 monthsprobation and ordered to pay $1,085. For menacing, he was sentenced to 10 days in jail, to be served concurrently, and 36 monthsprobation, and ordered to pay $917.

Hunter Thomas Golay, 20, Springfield, on Oct. 26 had his diversion on a marijuana possession revoked and was ordered to pay $1,045.

Sean William Macdowell, 36, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 26 of criminal trespass. He was ordered to serve 20 hours of community service and to pay $545.

Jason Dale Lile, 36, Harbor, on Oct. 26 was convicted of harassment. He was sentenced to 18 monthsprobation and ordered to pay $385.

Charles Mcintyre Sage, 59, Harbor, failed to appear Oct. 26 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Daniel Nathan Matlock, 32, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 26 of failure to carry and present a license. He was sentenced to 12 monthsprobation and to pay $435.

Joshua Anthony Bond, 22, Brookings, failed to appear Oct. 27 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Shaun Iverson, 19, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 27 of unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and supplying contraband. For possession, he was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $542. For unlawful entry, he was sentenced to five days, to be served concurrently, 24 month’s probation and ordered to pay $335 plus $1,122 restitution. For contraband, he was sentenced to 365 days, suspended, 24 months’ probation and ordered to pay $385.

Guydon Blaine Curven, 47, Crescent City, was convicted Oct. 28 of driving under the influence of intoxicants and failure to appear on a criminal citation. Sentencing was set for Dec. 1.

Caroline L. Giorgianni, 50, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 28 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $458.

Mary Patricia Goff, 43, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 28 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $458.

Walter Wesley Gibbens, 18, Harbor, was convicted Oct. 28 of minor possessing alcohol. He was ordered to pay $245.

Daryl Ellsworth Hedges, 53, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 28 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $458.

Heidi Lynn Miller, 25, Harbor, was convicted Oct. 28 of disorderly conduct. She was ordered to pay $295.

Renee Ann Mitchell, 39, Medford, was convicted Oct. 28 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $458.

Sidney Owen Wendt, 36, Harbor, was convicted Oct. 28 of disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $295.

Daniel David Perry, 24, Crescent City, was sentenced Oct. 29 on his Oct. 15 convictions of four counts of first-degree burglary. He received a total of 100 months in prison and 36 months’ post-prison supervision, and was ordered to pay $3,835, plus restitution to be determined.

Shane Alack Bill, 25, Port Orford, failed to appear Oct. 29 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Christopher Bruce Hodge, 20, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 29 of misrepresenting age by a minor. He was given a 12-month deferred sentence and was ordered to pay $142, plus $100 compensatory fine to the Brookings Police Department.

Deborah Francesca Jacquez, 19, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 29 of reckless driving and criminal mischief. Sentencing was set for Nov. 16.

Andrew Thomas Rogers, 30, Surprise, Ariz., was convicted Oct.29 of disorderly conduct. He was placed on 12 months’ probation and ordered to pay $600.

Christopher John Wilson, 23, Myrtle Point, was convicted Oct. 29 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $333.

Steven Matthew Barrett, 41, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 29 of aggravated first-degree theft, three counts of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary and first-degree theft by receiving. Sentencing was set for Dec. 2.
