Cody William Coon, born 1983, Gold Beach, was given a diversion for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and was convicted of unlawful use of fireworks on Oct. 24. He was ordered to pay $333 for the diversion and $95 for the possession of fireworks.

Jeffary Brian Williams, born 1959, Smith River, was given a 24-month deferred sentence Oct. 24 for possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 60 hours of community service and to pay $567.

Shanna Leann Boswell, born 1982, Eagle Point, was convicted Oct. 31 of failure to return a suspended license and driving while suspended. She was sentenced to pay $472 on each of the two counts.

Ronald Wade Hardin, born 1943, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 31 of probation violation. He was sentenced to five days in jail and his probation was continued.

Breanna Kytola, born 1986, Port Orford, failed to appear for trial Nov. 1 on a charge of identity theft. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Daniel Nathan Matlock, born 1978, was convicted Nov. 2 of felon possessing a firearm, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and resisting arrest. Sentencing was set for Nov. 8.

Wesley William Gore, born 1965, Florence, was convicted Nov. 2 of criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 30 hours of community service, 12 months’ probation and to pay $170.

Megan Marie Monson, born 1992, Corvallis, was given an 18 month conditional discharge Nov. 2 for possessing marijuana. She was also ordered to pay $930.

Jennifer Lorraine Griffith, born 1983, Harbor, was granted a deferred sentence Nov. 3 for possession of methamphetamine.

Jennifer Elizabeth Gwin, born 1979, Springfield, was convicted Nov. 3 of theft. Sentencing was set for Nov. 9.

Kyle James Kellum, born 1990, Brookings, was convicted Nov. 3 of possession of methamphetamine and criminal trespass. For possession, he was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $785. For mischief, he was sentenced to 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,045 plus $100 restitution.

Ryan Allen Vanbuskirk, born 1980, Port Orford, received a one-year deferred sentence Nov. 4 for unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Kyle Mathew Williams, born 1987, Medford, received a conditional discharge Nov. 4 for possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to five days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $1,147.

Beverly Ann Star Younger, born 1987, Atwater, Calif., received a conditional discharge Nov. 4 for possession of methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 18 months’ probation and to pay $647.
