•Cody Cameron Jaehn, born 1978, of Rapid City, S.D., was issued a warrant after failing to appear on original charges of misdemeanor theft.

•Mark Craig Kelley, born 1966, of Gold Beach, had his deferred sentence revoked after failing to appeal on original charges of possession of a controlled substance.

•Lawrence Allen Payne, born 1964, of Gold Beach, will appeal his case for allegedly pointing a firearm at another, menacing and disorderly conduct.

•Lance E. Rouen, born 1963, of Brookings, was conditionally released on misdemeanor charges of DUII.

•Matthew Ryan Wiltze, born 1979, of Brookings, was conditionally released on original charges of attempted assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.

•Charges were dismissed against Jeffrey Adam Smith, born 1975, of Gold Beach.

•Aaron Linwood, born 1976, of Port Orford, failed to appear on original charges of DUII.

•William Benard Tremmel, born 1935, of Langlois, was conditionally released and will have a pre-trial conference Dec. 10.

•Derinda Jean Waggoner, born 1989, of Gold Beach, admitted to a probation violation on original charges of felony possession of methamphetamine.

•Christopher Lee Chase, born 1978, of Gold Beach, had a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana dismissed in a plea bargain.

•Hunter T. Golay, born 1982, of Gold Beach, had theft charges dismissed.

•Jake Larry Kusel, born 1985, of Eagle Point, had charges of disorderly conduct dismissed.

•Bryan Lee Scott, born 1967, of Tigard, pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor sexual abuse and harassment charges and faces trial March 14.

•Andrew Tyler Strong, born 1988, of Harbor, was found in violation of his probation and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

•Charles Vincent Case, born 1965, of Port Orford, was found guilty on fish and game violations and found not guilty for failure to submit crab logbooks for the month of August.
