Mary Patricia Goff, born 1967, Gold Beach, was sentenced Nov. 15 for driving under the influence of intoxicants after her diversion was revoked. She was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,655.

Roy L. Bell, born 1951, Chubbuck, Idaho, failed to appear Nov. 16 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

His diversion for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana was also revoked and he was convicted by default and sentenced to pay $1,045.
