•Rosa Anna Cordova, born 1954, of Bookings, was sentenced to one year in an alcohol diversion program, must place an ignition lock system in her vehicle and pay $490 after she was found guilty for DUII.
•Jennifer Ann Gates, born 1983, of Brookings, was found guilty of DUII and must attend alcohol diversion program, pay a $490 fine and have an ignition lock system placed in her vehicle.
•Misty J. Holcombe, born 1978, of Gold Beach, was issued a warrant after she failed to appear on a misdemeanor charge of depositing trash near water.
•Salvatore Joseph Sorbello, born 1936, of Gold Beach, was released from probation.
•Richard Duane Smith, born 1977, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to felony charge of identity theft and a theft charge and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 24 months probation, was fined $1,740 plus restitution.
•Ryan Allen Vanbuskirk , born 1980, of Hillsboro, was release from probation.
•Hunter Chesshercraft, born 1993, of Brookings, was convicted for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, must pay $1,000 in fines and has his license suspended for six months.
•Christopher Steven Leonard, born 1978, city unknown, was found guilty on an assault charge and sentenced to 90 days in prison, 36 months probation and fined $840. He was also convicted of criminal mischief and sentenced to 60 days in jail and fined $67. Three other charges were dismissed.
•William Joseph Arias, born 1984, of Eagle Point, was sentenced to a diversion program and must have an ignition interlock system installed in his car.
•Julie Conrad, born 1964, of Brookings, was found guilty for taking a cabezon after the season closed.
•Joshua Phillip Erikkila, born 1979, of Harbor, was convicted of disorderly conduct.
•Mark E. Forehand, born 1958, of Myrtle Point, pleaded guilty to possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and fined $650.
•Melissa A. Haan, no birthdate given, of O’Brien, was found guilty of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and must pay $335 in fines and enter a diversion program for one year.
•Daryl J. Jobe, was found guilty of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, must pay $1,000 and his license is suspended for six months.
•Amber Dawn Jordan, born 1990, of Brookings, was found guilty of a probation violation and must return to treatment on original charges of tampering with drug records
•Kelly Brandy, born 1975, of Gold Beach, was found guilty of disorderly conduct.
•Cory Lee Lang, born 1968, of Gold Beach, was found guilty of misdemeanor assault and fined $250.
•Jenna Michelle Ledford, born 1990, of Brookings, entered a guilty plea on charges of disorderly conduct.
•Erik Lozano, born 1980, of Compton, Calif., was found guilty of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, fined $1,000 and has his license suspended for six months.
•Emily Maxine Rose, born 1993, of Port Orford, was found guilty of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, fined $1,000 and has her license suspended for six months.
•Sigmon Wendie Lorene, born 1985, of Grants Pass, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months probation, attendance in a drug and alcohol program and fined $1,035 on charge of felony possession of methamphetamine.
•Dustin Alan Black, born 1980, of Harbor, was referred to a victim impact panel and fined $490 on DUII charges, and faces a jury in March on harassment charges
•Lonnie Ray Blake, born 1953, of Arcata, Calif., pleaded not guilty to assault and harassment charges and faces a jury in March.
•Dante Adres, born 1989, of Brookings, had charges of refusing an intoxicant test dismissed.
•Andrew Christian Escobar, born 1992, of Brookings, was found guilty of providing false information to police, was given a 12 month deferred sentence, fined $250 and must write “a sincere letter of apology” to the arresting officer. A charge of minor in possession of alcohol was dismissed.
•Stephanie Renee Nuttall, born 1984, of Crescent City, failed to appear for a pre-trial conference on theft charges and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
•Gary L. Sisk, born 1967, of Brookings, was issued a warrant for failing to appear in court on DUII charges.
•Charles Anthony Loto Thomas, born 1989, of Brookings, was found guilty of attempting to elude police and was sentenced to 18 months probation, 10 days in jail and fined $2,000. In a separate case, he pleaded not guilty to two charges each of kidnapping, coercion and strangulation, and one each of attempted assault, menacing and assault and faces a three-day jury trial beginning Jan. 2.
•Forrest Lynn Clark, born 1977, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to public indecency and will serve 24 months probation, five days in jail and was fined $1,195.
•Zachariah Levi Dungan, born 1982, of Crescent City, was issued a warrant for failing to appear on charges of conspiracy of theft and possession of a controlled substance.
•Jamie Lynn Justice, born 1973, of Sixes, had DUII charges dismissed.
•Ernest E. Krauss, born 1925, of Harbor, was found guilty of a wildlife law violation and fined $160.
•Trixie Lynn Standley, born 1966, of Harbor, was found in violation of probation by failing to appear in court on a methamphetamine possession case in January.
•Don Ace Watson, born 1975, of Gold Beach, had his probation revoked after found in violation of that probation. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, had his driver’s license revoked for six months and fined $818.
•Christopher Lee Chase, born 1978, of Gold Beach, was found guilty of unauthorized use of a vehicle and will be sentenced Nov. 16.
•David Glenn Garvin , born 1954, of Brookings,was found to be noncompliant with terms of his alcohol treatment and was remanded back to treatment.
•Benjamin John Larsen, born 1986, of Brookings, was issued a warrant for failing to appear on possession of methamphetamine charges.
•Angelina Kristine Sandez, born 1992, of Gold Beach, was found guilty of harassment, sentenced to 12 months probation, fined $410 and must attend alcohol and drug treatment.
•Jeffrey Adam Smith, born 1975, of Gold Beach, failed to appear on charges of menacing and criminal trespassing.
