Jason Dale Fonner, 27, convicted Oct. 15 of aggravated harassment, was sentenced Oct. 25 to 366 days in prison, 24 months post-prison supervision and was ordered to pay $125.

Andrew Ross Wood, 20, Manlius, N.Y., was convicted Oct. 25 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,000.

Anthony J. Culbertson, 27, Portland, was convicted Nov. 1 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,045.

Shon Michael Davis, 33, Brookings, on Nov. 1 was convicted of possession of methamphetamine and probation violation. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $257 for possession. His earlier probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 60 days in jail and one year of post-prison supervision. The sentences are concurrent.

Amber Dawn Jordan, 20, of Brookings, on Nov. 1 had charges of failure to return a suspended license dismissed.

Madeline Maldonado, 28, of Hillsboro, on Nov. 1 was convicted of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. She was ordered to pay $1,045.

Wayne Russell Peters, 46, of Sixes, was convicted Nov. 1 of failure to return a suspended license. He was ordered to pay $750.

Michael John Kennedy, 40, Gold Beach, was convicted Nov. 1 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was sentenced to 80 hours of community service, 36 months’ probation and ordered to pay $1,715.

Daniel Joseph Culley, 27, Port Orford, was convicted Nov. 2 of possession of meth. He was given an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay $107.

Samantha Jane Dahack, 29, Port Orford, was convicted Nov. 2 of driving while suspended. She was placed on 36 months’ probation and ordered to pay $1,255.

David Michael Smith, 26, Smith River, was convicted Nov. 2 of possession of marijuana. He was given an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay $727.

Steven John Specht, 23, Brookings, was convicted Nov. 2 of delivering methamphetamine, being a felon in possession of a firearm and three counts of identity theft. Sentencing was set for Nov. 16.

Jonathan James Tompkins, 23, Coos Bay, on Nov. 2 had his wildlife law violation and failure to appear on a criminal citation dismissed.

Logan James Beaudry, 22, Brookings, was convicted by a jury on Nov. 3 of four counts of burglary, unauthorized use of a vehicle, three counts of first-degree theft and one of second-degree theft. Sentencing was set for Nov. 15.

John French Healy, 52, Gold Beach, failed to appear Nov. 3 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Robert Thomas Hider, 44, Eureka, Calif., was sentenced Nov. 3 on his convictions for aggravated first-degree theft and burglary. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison, 24 months’ post-prison supervision and ordered to pay $642 on the theft conviction. For the burglary conviction, he was sentenced to six months in prison, 12 months post-prison supervision and ordered to pay $642. The sentences are to be served concurrently. They may be served concurrently with his California sentences.

Stephanie Kristyn Turk, 25, Crescent City, on Nov. 3 had her conditional discharge on identity theft and theft convictions revoked. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

 Pamela Angel Powers-Fodrea, 64, Brookings, was convicted Nov. 4 of assault and menacing. For assault, she was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and ordered to pay $882. For menacing, she was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 36 months probation and ordered to pay $72. Restitution is to be determined within 90 days. The jail terms are to be served concurrently.

Staci Dawn Vines, 37, Brookings, was convicted Nov. 4 of driving under the influence of intoxicants and recklessly endangering another. She was given a one-year diversion on the DUII and ordered to pay $458. For recklessly endangering, she was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 36 months probation and ordered to pay $762.

Tanna Lynn White, 18, Klamath Falls, was convicted Nov. 4 of theft. She was given a 24-month deferred sentence and ordered to pay $307, plus probation supervision fees.

Justin Tyme Jay, 20, Gold Beach, on Nov. 4 had charges of theft dismissed.

Brian Joseph Gallardo, 22, Brookings, was convicted Nov. 4 of first-degree burglary and felony criminal mischief. On Nov. 5, he was sentenced to 13 months in prison, 24 months post-prison supervision and ordered to pay $722 plus $102 restitution for burglary. For the criminal mischief, he was sentenced to 36 months probation and ordered to pay $385 plus restitution for a broken gate.

William T. Blume, 38, Brookings, was sentenced for assault on Nov. 5 after his deferred sentence agreement was revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail, 24 months probation and ordered to pay $822.

Jerry Robert Dean Baugh, 41, Brookings, failed to appear Nov. 5 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Clyde Dewey Colbert, 31, Eureka, Calif., was convicted of first-degree theft on Nov. 5. He was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 24 months probation and ordered to pay $722.

Michelle Kimberly Stephens, 40, of Eureka, Calif., was convicted of first-degree theft on Nov. 5. She was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 24 months’ probation and ordered to pay $222.

Scott Matthew Kearns, 34, Grants Pass, failed to appear Nov. 5 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Thomas Michael Pearce, 20, Crescent City, failed to appear Nov. 5 for arraignment on two show cause orders. Warrants were issued for his arrest.

Mathew Lee Perez, 22, Brookings, failed to appear Nov. 5 for a further proceedings hearing. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Derek Peter Alex Volkov, 33, Grants Pass, failed to appear Nov. 5 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
