Joshua J. Wright, born 1981, Gold Beach, was found not guilty May 18 of contempt of court.

Douglas S. Gotfried, born 1959, Brookings, was convicted May 18 of a fish and game season violation and was sentenced to pay $60.

Erin Jean Gallagher, born 1991, Port Orford, was convicted May 22 of telephonic harassment and was sentenced to pay $40.

Dillian Wade Burdick, born 1989, Port Orford, was convicted May 23 of assault and was sentenced to two days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $840.

Anthony Quinn Alves, born 1968, on May 24 was given a one-year diversion for driving under the influence of intoxicants and was sentenced to pay $490.

Jerry Harlan Benge, born 1959, Brookings, was convicted May 24 of theft and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation and to pay $680.

Shauleen Comeau, born 1968, North Bend, was convicted May 24 of interfering with a peace officer and was sentenced to pay $830.

Charles Duane Knaus, born 1959, Brookings, was convicted May 24 of violating three probations. Each was revoked and he was sentenced to 30 days in jail on one, 90 days for the second and 120 days for the third, all to be served consecutively. He would be allowed day-for-day credit for successfully completing in-patient treatment.

James Dean McGee, born 1957, Brookings, was convicted May 24 of contempt of court and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Richard Center Salgado Jr., born 1988, Gold Beach, failed to appear May 24 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
