David Chapin Neely, 20,Brookings, on May 1 was convicted of reckless driving. He was ordered to pay $300.

Joan Margaret Clark, 57, Crescent City, Calif., failed to appear for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Jeremy Brian McElmurry, 33, Medford, was convicted May 4 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,000.

Steven Allen Prince Sr., 49, Medford, was convicted May 4 of disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $250.

Kayla Louise Tribble, 20 Medford, was convicted May 4 of being a minor in possession of alcohol. She was ordered to pay $250.

Peggy Lou Arnett, 44, Brookings, was convicted May 4 of interfering with a police officer. She was sentenced to 48 hours in jail and to pay $1,580.

Denise Elaine Curry, 43, Wenatchee, Wash., failed to appear May 5 for a probation violation hearing. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Clayton Ward Queen, 42, Brookings, was convicted May 5 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $358.

Zeke Joseph Young, 19, Gold Beach, was sentenced May 5 on his conviction for theft. He was sentenced to 100 hours of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $750 plus $100 compensatory fine to the Brookings Police Department and $34.99 restitution.

Thomas Allen Rogers II, 37, Brookings, was convicted May 5 of probation violation. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 180 days in jail.

Bob Laverne Jarboe, 49, Sixes, was found not guilty on May 6 to charges of reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Leslie Sharon Hadley, 20, Bend, was convicted May 6 of theft. She was placed on a 12-month diversion, sentenced to 30 hours community service and required to pay $267 plus $34.99 restitution.

Lance E. Parker, 57, Gold Beach, was convicted May 6 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,791.

Barnard Barzoloski, 38, Portland, was convicted May 7 of attempting to elude police, driving under the influence of intoxicants and two counts of recklessly endangering another. Sentencing was set for May 27.

Robert Oliver, 49, Chico, Calif., failed to appear May 7 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Chris Lynn Hobbs, 29, Lebanon, was convicted May 8 of identity theft and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,000 plus $500 compensatory fine.

Garrett Cody Lee Watts, 19, Grants Pass, was convicted May 8 of possessing less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,000.

Scott Matthew Kearns, 32, Grants Pass, failed to appear May 11 on a served warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Jeremy Arthur Kizer, 22, Brookings, was convicted May 11 for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,000.

Brandon James Nagel, 20, Brookings, was convicted May 11 of being a minor in possession of liquor. He was ordered to pay $250.

Danelle Norae Zosel-Sanderson, 35, Smith River, Calif., was convicted May 11 of theft. Sentencing was set for May 21.

Tyson Reed Hyatt, 34, North Bend, was convicted by default on May 12 for angling by prohibited method, using two lines. He was ordered to pay $75.

Devery Randall Freeman, 46, Gold Beach, was convicted May 12 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $358.

Nathan Alan Teasley, 44, Brookings, was sentenced May 12 on his conviction for manufacturing marijuana. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 20 days on electronic surveillance at home, five years’ probation and to pay $727.

Patrick Timothy Royster, 48, was convicted May 13 of burglary. He was sentenced to 30 days he had served in jail and 12 months’ probation.

Deanna Josephine Horton, 25, Grants Pass, failed to appear May 14 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Nathan Charles Lander, 20, Gold Beach, on May 14 was convicted of menacing and disorderly conduct. Sentencing was set for May 30.

Richard Wayne Wheelhouse, 47, Port Orford, was convicted May 15 of probation violation. His probation was continued and he was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Theresa Ann Rutherford, 36, Smith River, Calif., was convicted May 15 of identity theft. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $1,000, plus $850 restitution.
