Larry Robert Wright, 52, Harbor, was sentenced March 1 for his convictions for assault, criminal mischief, violation of a court stalking order and menacing. For assault, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $750. For criminal mischief, he was sentenced to 10 days, to be served concurrently, 18 months’ probation and to pay $500 plus restitution to be determined within 90 days. For violation of stalking order, he was sentenced to 10 days to be served concurrently, 24 months’ probation and to pay $600. For menacing, he was sentenced to 10 days to be served concurrently, 24 months’ probation and to pay $750.

Matthew Sokol, 21, Eugene, was convicted March 1 of having no angling license. He was ordered to pay $75.

Wilson Loy Thompson, 31, Port Orford, was convicted March 1 of having no individual commercial fishing license. He was ordered to pay $299.

Beau Allen Clarke, 22, Brookings, was convicted by default on March 8 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,000.

Drew Anthony Davis Sr., 59, Portland, was convicted March 8 of theft. He was ordered to pay $320 plus $10.45 restitution.

Diane Kitchen, 54, Brookings, was convicted March 8 of theft. She was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and to pay $535.

Ashley Knaus, 20, Brookings, was convicted March 8 of minor possessing alcohol. She was ordered to pay $350, which was suspended.

Patrick Gilbert Kukowski, 42, Agness, was convicted March 8 of driving while suspended and probation violation. He was placed on 24 months’ probation for the DWS and ordered to pay $1,195. His probation was continued.

Jenna Michelle Ledford, 19, Brookings, was sentenced March 8 on her conviction for harassment. She was placed on 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $642.

James Robert Miller, 23, Roseburg, was convicted March 8 of having no angling license. He was ordered to pay $75.

William Ernest Pennington, 33, Bandon, was convicted March 8 of having no angling license. He was ordered to pay $75.

Lyle Krannichfeld, 30, Chico, Calif., was convicted March 8 of giving false information on liability insurance. He was ordered to pay $395.

Anthony Mijs, 45, Port Orford, was convicted March 8 of driving while suspended. He was ordered to pay $1,045.

Hallie Ann Marie Reed, 19, Rocky Point, failed to appear March 8 on a served warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Miranda Jayne Sands, 34, Brookings, was convicted March 8 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. She was placed on a one-year diversion and ordered to pay $343.

Thomas Edward Taylor, 31, Harbor, was convicted by default March 8 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,000.

William Dennis Scheppert, 35, Bandon, was convicted March 8 of a wildlife law violation. He was ordered to pay $299.

Rachel Wilson-McCullough, 40, Harbor, was convicted March 9 of first-degree animal abuse. Sentencing was set for March 29.

Michael Steven Roseveare, 18, El Dorado, Calif., on March 9 had his conditional discharge for possession of methamphetamine revoked. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $702.

Donald Andrew James Dowden, 38, Brookings, was convicted March 10 of failure to perform the duties of a driver and careless driving. For failure to perform duties, he was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and ordered to pay $885 plus restitution to be determined. He was fined $368 for careless driving.

Shaun Paul Lewis Iverson, 18, Gold Beach, was convicted March 10 of furnishing liquor to a minor and probation violation. He was sentenced to 40 hours of community service, 36 months’ probation and to pay $885 for furnishing and to serve 30 days on the probation violation. Probation was continued.

Theodore Ward Ketcham, 55, Brookings, was convicted March 10 of possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, placed on 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $785.

Terri Lisa Slater, 44, Brookings, on March 10 had her diversion for driving under the influence of intoxicants revoked. She was sentenced to 15 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $1,535.

Mark Hale Brummitt Jr., 25, Gold Beach, failed to appear March 11 for arraignment on a show cause order. His diversion for possession of marijuana was revoked and he was ordered to pay $1,000.

Damion L. Van Parks, 38, Crescent City, Calif., failed to appear March 11 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Garth A. Eckhoff, 34, Port Orford, failed to appear March 11 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
