Rhebecca Jo Morris, born 1974, Gold Beach, failed to appear May 30 for a pretrial conference on a driving under the influence of intoxicants charge. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

For theft, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $600 plus $500 compensatory fine and restitution to be determined. For failure to appear, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail, to be served consecutively, 36 months’ probation and to pay $500.

Victor Kent Odell, born 1943, Brookings, on June 1 was convicted of violation of probation on two separate driving under the influence of intoxicants convictions. He was sentenced to 15 days on each, to be served consecutively.
